Staff was great when I picked food up. However I ordered well done and when I called to advise that my dough was very bright and flimbsy pizza I was told it was cooked 2x and that they couldn’t burn it, but that’s what I’d asked for. Going above and beyond would’ve have been offering to remake the order. I didn’t dispute, just fed it to the dogs. I like hard pizza crust and burnt crispy toppings. The person who prepared it made it based on what they’d eat, not what I asked for

I love this Pizza Hut! When I pick up my order after a long day’s work, I appreciate the fact that the food is ready fairly quickly. The young lady that has helped me at the counter on multiple occasions in the evenings is super friendly and I appreciate her outstanding customer service. Every time we’ve ordered from here the food is delicious and still hot when I get it home.

Every single time we order from the Winchester location they leave something out. Tonight it was a whole pizza. We called the store to express frustrations….no yelling or foul language. The chick was EXTREMELY rude. She said she’d send the pizza back out then Immediately called back and said she didn’t appreciate our “tone”. Well sorry hunny but you’re the “manager” and the one that unfortunately has to hear customer complaints. If you can’t handle someone being upset that handles it calmly you….STAR, are in the wrong business. You are highly unprofessional and if I were your boss you would be fired immediately! Thank you Dean, for taking our phone call and correcting this.

If you order curbside pick up, they do not bring it to you curbside. A sign is on door when you arrive. The online and app do not inform you of this and allow you to order curbside pick up.

They are awesome and have a very friendly crew. I had issues with my rewards not wanting to work and they were so patient and helpful. They food was great. If you have had bad experience before go back and give them a try again. It has changed so much and it’s so much better now. The employees don’t get enough praise from their customers and they so deserve it. We will be returning soon.

We always order Pizza Hut at the Winchester Road in Huntsville Alabama and tonight at 7:04 I placed my order and I ordered a Supreme Pizza Large well when we got our Pizza it was not cooked properly and could not enjoy our Dinner!! When I call the Pizza Hut to discuss the pizza was not done a lady by the Name KAYLA was very rude over the situation and I wanted my money back that’s it!! We are so disappointed with this Pizza Hunt at Winchester Road!!!!

Went to ask a question and place an order but as I was speaking the guy who answered just put me on hold. Then the girl working as of right now 3:55 said she is the only one there and kept talking over me, a customer, saying if someone answered it was probably some foreigner. So not only was she extremely rude, that comment seemed kinda racist. When I said why do you keep talking over me she said well I can hang up now. So she did. I’m going to post what Pizza Hut employee did all over every social media outlet I have. There was no reason to treat me so ugly.
