I ordered my online and in the description box, I added no green peppers on my melt. Obvisouly, they are not reading the orders when come through. This is the second time that this has happened. I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for it to be remade. The manager apologized, but I wasn’t happy with the result. Whoever did the second melt, should be ashamed of themselves. It wasn’t folded properly, there was hardly any steak or cheese. It was just bread and onions. I was so disappointed and don’t think I will be going back to that location. One of the employees who send to be on their lunch break had a couple people visiting her with the side door open. She had a do rag (covering) on and it wasn’t an appropriate head attire. She she should have had on a hair net working in the food industry. Pizza Hut you’ll need to do better! If you want to do anything for me and keep me as a customer, I would rather you refund my money. That melt was a joke and it was on me.

I don’t recommend this location to anyone. The service is poor. I order 1 pepperoni pizza, cheesy bread sticks bake pasta and 2 liter Pepi’s I was charges $35.00 for delivery. When I received my order it was 1 pepperoni pizza (med) 1Italian to pizza and bread stick. Tried calling concerning order keep being put on hold. I ask to speak manager they kept hanging up on me.Never got to speak to manager. Will call tomorrow or I will go to the location. Never will order from this location again. I want a refund.

When I walked in to pick up my order, I was greeted by the front counter employee who was on her phone, saying “yeah” which was rude, then she gives me the receipt asks me to sign and walks out the door continuing on her phone. (time was about 3:40) The male employee comes and greets me nicely by saying “hello, have you been helped”, I stated I’m not sure whats going on because she gave me the receipt and walked out on her phone. He politely asked the name and informed me it would be out momentarily. He made it right, but whoever the female worker was she needs to be dealt with by her employer because she was very rude

Extremely disappointed. Our pizza looked like it had been dropped on the floor, it was under cooked and had a dirty taste. This pizza hut always messes up our order when we order online but when we go in store to order there’s never an issue. Never ordering from here again! Stop playing around with peoples food and their money, if you don’t like your job get a better one!

I’ve ordered from this place two times. The first time they gave me the complete wrong order. I tried contacting them multiple ways and couldn’t get in contact with anyone. The website would glitch every time I would press submit on the complaint. I tried to order again tonight and they waited until 1 minute before the time it said it would be ready to cancel the order & I had just pulled into the parking lot. Don’t waste your time here.

They are selling half cooked pizzas. Either your pizza is burnt or raw. I’ve tried giving them a chance but they just can’t get it right. I will not be ordering from the restaurant on North Memorial Parkway again.

Do not place an order here through the phone. They go through a customer service line and do not get transferred. When I called in & tried to pick my up order, the employees were very dismissive. Wasted a good portion of my time
