We went last week for the lunch buffet. It was packed full of people, there was a wait for a table. The pizza was good, hot and they were bringing them out very quickly, the buffet was completely full from when we got there to when we left. We were asked several times if there was any certain pizzas we wanted to request but we just ate what they brought out, that’s half the fun. The staff were all friendly and polite, it was a pleasant visit, we will definitely go back.

Pizza was cooked well, but the price we were charged after the coupon quoted another was frustrating. Staff was polite, but made no effort to fix the issue. When you pay a good bit more than what the coupon quotes for one topping that the coupon says up to five toppings its a bit dumb.

Went to go eat at Pizza Hut in Hartselle. They had their dine in closed and doors locked at 7:25. We saw people in there just getting there drinks, so I called to see what time the dine in closed and the nice gentleman told me 10. So he came and let us in. We went and sat down and a manager came up to us and said they couldn’t serve us because they was closing at 8. He didn’t offer to let us place an order to go or anything. It was get out because we are closing in 35 minutes but three tables didn’t even have their food yet. I have worked in the food industry for 20 years and I find this unacceptable.

So inconsistent. Occasionally it’s awesome. But every other time it’s either not what I ordered or is just bad. Today there was almost no sauce and the dough was a bit raw. Wish it could be good more often.

My hubby and I eat here a few times a month. He loves pizza, but I was never really a huge fan of it until eating at this particular pizza hut about 8 months ago. The original pan is so delicious.. the Italian sausage is yummy though sometimes it’s spicier than other times. The pizza is always hot and fresh with the cheese and crust cooked perfectly, my order is correct every time, and they have it ready quickly. Most of the employees seem friendly and know what they are doing with the exception of one experience I had- I used to call in my order and get the tastemakers special that they have, but this particular time the employee told me the price was double the usual amount. She said they were no longer running the special but my friend had just ordered it online… I cancelled my order, went to the P.H. website and ordered the tastemakers special there. So just a little advice, it’s much easier and cheaper to order through the website!
