The WORST POSSIBLE service EVER!!!!!!!!!.After showing up 1 hour and 48 mins after ordering (with a COLD pizza). Sent it back. Sorry can’t pay 30 dollars for cold food. Only live 1Mile from store. WONT BE ORDERING FROM THERE WVER AGAIN.!!!!!!! Can’t give below a 1 star, I tried.

This Pizza Hut has the worst service I’ve ever seen. The managers are beyond rude. The last time I ordered, they left out my boneless wings, and didn’t offer to bring them back. They gave me a credit, but didn’t tell me I only had 30 days to use it. I did try to use it the next week, but the manager gave me major attitude and even yelled at me for taking up her time. Last weekend, I tried again. A different manager answered and said it was too late, so I paid for wings that I never got. All I got was attitude from rude, unprofessional managers that should not be in customer service. Done with this Pizza Hut.

My family made an order to be delivered to our home, the order was delivered to the wrong apartment building. We called and they said they would call the driver and have them call us back. We never heard anything so we had to call again and they tried to argue that they delivered the order to us.

Was quite impressed with this Pizza Hut. First off I didn’t even realize that Florence had a pizza hut since the one on Florence Blvd closed down. My family and I ordered delivery for the first time since moving to Florence and our order arrived quickly and came fresh! Our delivery driver was also very friendly! Will order again soon!

Got a half cheese half supreme with cheese sticks. I have to say that it was amazing! The crust was at the point where you wanted to eat it and not just because you paid for it. The two ladies working were very professional and on point. Thank you!

Out of 4 employees working, 2 girls went from smoking in the parking lot to clocking back in and propping up against the counter while the other 2 employees ran around trying to make and box orders, answer the phone and wait on customers at both the window and counter. App said our order was ready. After sitting in the drive thru for 5 minutes we were told to pull around to the front because the order was not ready. Another 10 minutes later, one of the parking lot girls brings the order out. Quickly checked order, toppings wrong, supposed to be 1/2 & 1/2. Not worth wasting time with. Get home and breadsticks are actually half of an order of cold, dried out cheese breadsticks.
