I order from here sometimes 2x a week. Today I was disgusted by what I witnessed. A driver asked the cook a question and he got so mad he left my order sitting he followed her to the back and demanded she get into the freezer. I had to wait for him to get done scolding her to get my food. That poor girl was upset. His actions towards her is why my kids don’t work fast food it was completely uncalled for.

Decent pizza, bad customer service. Ordered extra icing for the cinnamon sticks and didn’t receive it. Went back in to the front lady, she asked for the receipt and said it was in the box. I told her it wasn’t in there because I just checked but whatever. I just wanted 1 extra cup not 100. Coild have just been simply given to me. Pizza Hut apparently wants to safeguard their icing. It is what it is.

Ordered a Large Supreme online with extra sausage and cheese. What I got was a Large Sausage Pizza. Called the manager and was told to call in next, not order online as the Pizza Hut Site, will not allow adds or deletions from a specialty pizza. Even though the Site shows it, which I did!! Done with Pizza Hut!! Not even a charge correction offered!!!!

On this particular trip to Pizza Hut I had placed the order on the App. I was picking up the pizzas on my way to a church activity. I actually arrived a few minutes earlier than the time I had put down as the pickup time. I was greeted with a smile and was asked how my day had been. I was only there for a minute or two when the order was finished. I arrived at the activity on time. The food was hot and fresh and enjoyed by everyone at the activity.

Make sure to check your order before leaving bcuz my pizza was cold and I ordered a cheese pizza with jalapenos on only half and got a cheese pizza with jalapenos on the entire pizza which made it impossible for anyone else to eat it.
