Food arrived by Door dash. Apparently the restaurant forgot the wings. We asked for a clean cut on several of the pizzas, but that wasn’t followed. All kinds of random toppings from the pizza cutter were left on the pepperoni pizzas. Two of the pizzas were also undercooked, with very doughy crust and barely melted cheese. This is unfortunate, because the last couple of orders for Pizza Hut were okay. I ended up ordering from somewhere else, because I can’t eat the things they didn’t forget.

My first experience here was 5 stars. Well I ordered Thursday and my 2 pizzas was wrong. I kept calling and they said they was busy call back. Well after calling for the final time that night. Someone tells me they will call me back. So I wait and decide to call back around 24 hours hoping the same crew will be there so it wouldn’t be difficult to get something done. I am told they can’t do anything with without the food being returned. Like why not tell me that the first time I called the previous night . After arruging for 20mins I’m told I can have a $10 credit and if I bring the half thr pizza I have left they will make me half a pizza. After I advise them how I have been recording the entire conversation it’s changed to they will remake the one pizza and credit me $10. So I put my order in go pick it . They was incredibly busy as usual the manger a little rude to me. They had it to me off the counter I walk out not thinking anything ya know. As hard of a time as the manger gave me I was assured my food would be perfect exactly what I ordered . Nope!!!! Once again my meat lovers had ham! My super supreme was supposed to be no onions or pepperoni on one half. There was extra extra onions all the way around. She tells me since I didn’t get what I wanted then why did I eat it? I told her well if she must know the meat loves was really for my husband and kids and I wanted one slice for me without ham. That’s my choice so ya my kids was just fine with eating it how it was but I wasn’t . Then if she must know the super supreme was for me and my mom. She never eats onions and doesn’t care for pepperoni. So for me the supreme was fine for me but my mom it was not. This was what was said the first time. After receiving my half make up order completely wrong again I gave up they aren’t gonna do anything but complain about doing there job the one they get paid to do. They are gonna blame it on me once again. So avoid this location at all cost.

Good pizza. Ok service. I picked up our pizzas, gave our name and not one word was said to me. Absolutely nothing! Could be the person was having a bad day. I’ll give it another chance because the pizza is good and it’s convenient to home.

I ordered 24 boneless wings for delivery and all came burnt and they didn’t make the effort to try to fix it. Look at that that one of our flavor order super burnt. Don’t order wings from here

The pizza was good ..But I don’t understand why they don’t deliver in my area anymore. Domino’s and Papa Johns does … I live in Bear Creek trailer park and they won’t deliver there anymore… Why Not !!!

They have the best marinara sauce out of all the big pizza companies. The prices can be high unless you get the medium hand tossed. Good service and quick pickups. My fiance is always happy with this pizza Hut

This had to be the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had. I ordered online (one would think that’d save time) and when I arrived, I still had to wait an additional 31 minutes. One pizza didn’t have pepperoni at all on it. Both of our pizzas, and the cheesesticks were burnt on the edges and cold, as if it had been sitting out. We were offered a free 2 liter, but that’s hardly a fix for the experience. As they were apparently extremely busy, there was an employee sleeping on the desk in the back. Absolutely terrible experience.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with Pizza Hut delivery in general. Order was late everything was cold ,and this isn’t the first time with this Pizza Hut . The first time we waited for over three hours to even get our food . 🙁
