Curbside Pick-up- There was no direction at the store on where to park or how to pick-up a curbside order. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to come out and failed attempts to call the store me and my two small children walked in. I didn’t want to do this, which is why I ordered curbside pick-up.

This used to be closed but happy to see it is reopened. Now I don’t have to drive to the Pelham location. It is also providing me an alternative to Marcos which I have had issues with their cheese pizza 3 out of 4 times we’ve ordered from them and two different locations on top of that. From Pizza hut we ordered a cheese pizza and a medium supreme. The cheese pizza was outstanding and the cheese pizza connoisseur was actually pleased with the quality. I see someone recently complained about their pizza being cold but this wasn’t the case this time. My only complaint would be to have a little more cheese without having to order extra cheese on the supreme pizza to match the pictures on the TV and the flyers received in the mail. However, this seems to be the case no matter who you order your pizza from or in my case anyway. We will definitely be back to see if the quality stays the same.

App delivery customer please be aware. This location does not deliver themselves, they use door dash. My order was scheduled at 6:45pm. After waiting an hr, called the store location 7 times, then decided to go to the store. After I went to the store, the lady at the register got an attitude with me, asking me to pay again for the food after they already charged my card. Being 8pm and my kids hungry, I had no choice but to pay again and get them to make my food. No apologies, nothing. Worse thing is, both companies knew that they don’t have my order but Noone decided to call me.

Absolutely horrible location. First pizza delivered in this condition the I go to the store for a replacement and the guys jacket is scraping across the new pizza being made. I call him out about it and he argues with me. Never ordering pizza hut again. Definitely returning to Jets or Papa John’s.

Ordered a 2 pizza deal plus bread sticks. Got a text saying pizza was on it’s way. I live less than 10 minutes from pizza store. After text saying it’s on its way 30+ minutes later it arrived. Bread sticks and box were smashed like someone sat on them and cold. Pizzas were cold, one had no sauce and the thin crispy crust one was soggy. Not ordering from here again!!

I do not leave many reviews but when the food and service are this good I believe it warrants a good review. Loaded with toppings, cooked to perfection, and all with Wonderful customer service and a great price. I would drive out of my way to get my pizza hut from this location.
