The call center said they have a new system and couldn’t help me. The store just never answered the phone. I have been very dissatisfied with my experience

Ordered pizza at 12 and had to call the store at 1:45 due to not delivering or calling to inform about my $45 order. Once on the phone the person told me they didn’t have drivers and didn’t know why but proceeded to charge my card anyway. Worst pizza hut experience I’ve ever had. Employees do not care about customer service what so ever. Asked for compensation for the wait and no call or informing me and he couldn’t do anything he said. If I could give -5 stars I would. Customers make your paycheck don’t take their money and ignore them.!!!

I ate at this Pizza Hut today and when I say 10 plus it was a plus 10. My pizza tasted like the Pizza Hut pizza back in the 90’s. Service is always great thank you Pizza Hut!

Food was never delivered, as Pizza Hut uses Door Dash. Door Dash delivery person lied and said he left it on the porch. He never came to my home. We had the door open and the whole yard is lit up from the road to the front steps, where the flood light then illuminated the stairs. So there was no reason for non delivery of the food I ordered. I have no idea if I will even get my money back.

Orders are not correct. Delivery ends early but app will accept order as delivery with all associated charged included. Received call from very rude manager who told me that her delivery person was not bringing my order because 5:00 was cut off for deliveries. My order was placed before 5:00. When order was changed to Carryout I was not refunded any of the charges associated with delivery $6.39 which included tip for delivery person. Original amount was charged to my credit card. When I tried to call store about matter they refused my call (store had used my number to notify me that I would not be receiving my order).
