Ordered a meat, lover’s pizza and cheese sticks… This is what I got. Not even close Pizza Hut the receipts even right… If it hadn’t been through doordash, I would be getting my money back

At 1115 I ordered a pizza and they said that it would be 30 minutes to be delivered then it was about 1150 and the food wasn’t there so i called and they said that it would take longer and said a guarantee of 1204 am so I wait and wait and wait until around 1210 so I call them back and they say it’s delivered and I say no it’s not turns out they put the wrong phone number so they couldn’t contact me. They try to blame it on me and say that it’s too late at night for the pizza even though I ordered it at 1115 (a hour and 45 minutes before they close) so after talking to them for a while they send it back out and with the worst attitude but now it’s 1228 over a hour after ordering it and it’s expected to be delivered at 1254 almost 2 hours after I ordered, this is the worst service I have ever had do not order from this place 0 star is I could

This location deserves a negative star and the health department to shut it down. I walked in for a pick up order and inside smelled HORRIBLE, ROTTEN, like something dead is inside. The entire place was filthy. I instantly regretted ordering and almost canceled my orders I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I was only able to eat one slice from

I ordered PIZZA HUT on Feb 5, 2023 at 1:28 PM EST. I finally received part of my order at 3:20 PM EST. It looked like they made it at the time I ordered it. I didn’t receive the soda I ordered. I called the store and spoke with the manager Chequan. He said when we get off the phone he will process my refund. I waited a week and no refund. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this location needs to do better.

They sent me a text message saying my order was canceled I called 5 different times kept being told to be on hold until the pizza was ordered hour later with the pizza being cold and no drink tried to call sat on hold for 20 mins no one will just pick up at least for me to report my food is cold and how there is 2 orders and only supposed to be one also chicken was still cold inside and was not coated with garlic parmesan
