Very disappointed, this should be negative stars with the New Yorker pizza made here. Very dry, couldn’t even fold it the crust was so hard, ended up throwing it away. I’m almost positive it was an extra one sitting around for a while and reheated. 23 dollars in the garbage. Update, I used the credit that was given on another pizza tonight Saturday and it was good, nice rebound.

Quality is bad. Never looks like the advertisement. Sometimes good, but it’s like rolling the dice. I don’t understand how anyone would even try and sell this pizza. No quality control. Why should a customer have to call and complain. They have a process of letting horrifying pizzas go to customers. If they complain, they remake it, or if they don’t complain, then this horrible pizzas was ok. I now order my pizza from a different location and the new location knows the problems this store has. It’s just not me EVERYONE knows the problems. It’s sad that it can’t be corrected or brought up to Pizza Hut standards.

They won’t deliver if your on the Northside . We were at a hotel and they couldnt drive under 4 miles to us. Food was ok. Hard to see with no lit up sign staff was friendly.

They gave my order to someone else. Then they told me they could not place it anymore because it was almost time for them to clock out. Save yourself some time and other at another pizza place. Don’t bother waisting your time they do not care about their customers. Not even if you place the order online will they respect it. He also told me the manager is lazy and he’s not going to want to make u a pizza.

Well, I’m knew to FP. I’ve Ben Pizza Hot customers for manyy years in MA. I thought for sure I’d get a great pizza here at FT PIERCE store. Nope, each time I order, same issues. OVERCOOKED, DRY, AND HARDLY ANT TOPPINGS. The cheese starts over 3 inches from the edge. Even Ceasars Pizza taste better. Overpriced and subpar. Far cry from the Old Pizza Hut.

Horrible customer service there’s three people working not one said hello just looked at me did not ask me if I have a pick up or carry out I stood there for 10 mins than they finally asked me if I had a pick up or carry out. They weren’t even busy. This store won’t be getting my service anymore.

I got the Personal Pan Supreme Pizza and my wife got mild wings. Was OK but not as good as I think Pizza Hut is known for. This is a take out only restaurant you can’t eat in.

buy get 1 free deal not worth it ordered pan crust for one and hand tossed for the other in the custard exactly identical ordered extra cheese on one there was no extra cheese the cheese pizza was almost burnt not worth being free

Terrible Service! Waiting an hour and didn’t even receive my order. First person who answered the store phone gets an attitude with me, when I’m telling her I never received my food. Second person tells me my order was never placed at this store. ” Oh I don’t know what to tell you it’s not here.” She says. I’m like I have confirmation sent to my email stating the order was sent to this address 1439 S. US1 Fort Pierce, Fl Then, finally the manager answers the phone, confirms the number on the order three times!!! Then gonna tell me the driver told her there was no answer so they brought the food back. She had the audacity to tell me I have to pick it up!!! I requested a refund. If I don’t receive my refund of 24.42 it’s gonna be a problem. Any other place that made that kind of mistake would bring me my food. And apologize for the inconvenience. This store will never receive my money ever again and we order from here often!!!!
