We ordered delivery (pre-paid and pre-tipped) but it never arrived. We received conflicting info about the delivery from the store all night then after two hours they said it had been left on the doorstep because no one had answered the door. But we had been calling the store from our home all night and had received other deliveries so we were definitely able to hear and respond to the doorbell. When we asked for the order to be changed to pick-up, the shift leader refused saying that it had been delivered. He said he could authorize a remake or refund if we showed the delivery driver hadn’t delivered it but could not use our doorbell camera footage, saying that someone could have stolen the pizza between the footage. It was an EXTREMELY terrible experience. I understand he is trying to protect his driver but to do so at the expense (literally) of customers is horrible business. This was a poor first introduction to this Pizza Hut and I would not recommend anyone use it.

Pizza Hut 5 years ago was not to bad, but the new pasta and the new dough it and has gone down hill and I going to have to put in in-line with Little Caesars as the never go to spot. I will add the the employees at this location are very nice, but that can’t make up for bad pizza.

I went here yesterday and the girl who was working for 235pm literally made me wait 20 mins while she just keep doing whatever she was doing. I told her I on break and have to go back she ignore me. She had the music on high blast couldn’t even hear anything in there. I order the $5 lunch deal and I didn’t get my pespi I process to tell her she tells me no you didn’t order that I said yes I did I even show her my order she then say no . I left very upset
