I have always ordered from this pizza hut. Never had a problem until tonight. I understand it’s Valentines day and they are busy but sending a burnt cheese pizza isn’t cool. I called to let them know my pizza was burnt. The manager didn’t apologize or anything. Said we will get our new pizza in about 40 min and make sure u send the other one back…well I wasn’t going to eat it anyways since the crust was rock hard and the cheese was burnt and I will be sending it back. Then the next pizza that was replaced was also burnt…I give up! We have never had this problem before with a cheese pizza. The only thing I can say nice from this night was the delivery driver was nice. I won’t be back to this pizza hut which is sad because this has been our pizza place since we moved in. Padulas from now on.

I’m very disappointed with how the chicken alfredo pasta is now. I ordered two dishes and both of them were below standards, one of them had absolutely no chicken in it at all. Both of them did not have enough sauce in them. That will be the last time I ordered pasta from this pizza and possibly the last time I use this pizza hut at all.

I always order but today i decided to do something different and order stuffed crust and man im so happy i did because it was DELICIOUS! Jake took and made my order and i never seen such a beauty in a pizza. He even went the extra mile to carry it to my car because i had my toddler sleeping on me. THANK YOU SO MUCHHH!!

Consistently, the very best pizza on this end of hernando. I don’t think they even have a B-Team. “Thanks for your order, your pizza will be there in 40mins”. 20 mins later the pizza is here. And not BS pizza. Everytime, it is the most amazing balance of pizza decadence to grace your heathen taste buds. This location is doing the most just always. Terrible service. Can’t follow through on a simple request. Maybe the employees aren’t trained properly, maybe management is asleep at the wheel, idk. Always a hard time ordering from this Pizza Hut. Never an issue at others which tells me it’s probably poor training. Not the employees fault. Two stars for this establishment is probably being generous.

Even one star is too many, we order ALOT from this place ever since they came out with the new melts, we LOVE them. And seriously the last 4 times we have ordered them the same way every time., the order was taken correctly but the person making them CANT read.the last 4 times we have ordered they have been totally wrong. Which in turn I have to call and they do re make the order but by the time MY food gets here my fiance has already eaten by himself and then I eat by myself. If he waited for me to get my food his would be cold. THIS IS TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE. I can see maybe once they mess up, but not every time we order. They DONT even comp our meal or NOTHING. This is VERY VERY upsetting due to the fact its every time we order here. All we get is A SORRY, well that doesn’t cut it with us anymore. TOTALLY UNEXCEPTALE. . There is no reason or excuse for this to happen every time.again not even a meal comp or a coupon.
