I wish I could give no stars. I ordered three pizza pretty sure I know how To order because I always order the same ones it never changes. I wait 45min for my pizza just to get it wrong and ones is doughy ok , well no big deal I call try to resolve the issue. Well girl who took the order instead on telling me what my pizza came like, how I ordered it and what I wanted. Was rude has ZERO communication or customer service skills. I’m a business owner and I would never treat a customer like that. I would not waste my time ordering here.

Honest review ahead. We have ordered online from this location in the past. The food is always pretty good. Typically what we ask for. They did, however, give our order to someone else about 1 month ago accidentally…BUT, they were professional and cordial. They quickly made us a new pizza and gave us a free desert, parm cheese container, and crushed red pepper container. Also provided 50% off on the pizza itself. So they fixed the problem perfectly! Tonight we went back and they were ON POINT! Ordered a LARGE thin crust pizza with creamy garlic parm for sauce, meatballs, bacon, onion, mushroom, and tomato FOR $12.99! WHAT! All Wow. Really great pizza and got a confirmation it was ready for pick up exactly when they said it would be done so it was perfectly hot! Very pleased. Usually don’t eat chain pizza, but this Pizza Hut location really hit the spot tonight! Thank you! Will be back, for sure! Pictured is the pizza I described. This establishment knows how to make great pizza AND knows how to provide exceptional customer service!

Pizza hut foxwood in Ocala screwed up my big new Yorker pizza called them to tell them they even looked it up in system and seen that I was right and didn’t even offer to fix the problem all he said is ok what you want me to fn do about them I said ok give me your corporate number and he said don’t have it and hung up on my will never go to that pizza hut again they are very rude there and have no idea what they are doing
