Yummy! Ordered online, got my food, and the pineapples were missing. Jacob was so pleasant as I explained my issue. I asked for a cup, but he wouldn’t have it. He made me the best pizza (with my pineapples) that I have eaten in a very long time. The crust was perfectly buttered and crispy. To top off that awesome pizza, Sherry came over to my table and gifted us a cold drink. This was the other element that was missing. I had forgotten all about something to drink, and Sherry made sure we had it. I know that things have been different since covid, but you couldn’t tell it in this restaurant. They were such genuinely nice people. I’ll be back for sure. Posted late!

I completed a review about the order I placed and the service I received and because of the issues I had a person called me and inquired about what was wrong with my services. I let her know that one after receiving the text that the driver was on the way it took him almost an hour to go 5 minutes down the road to where I lived from there restaurant. Then when we did receive the Pizza and other items that we had placed for an order the pizza was burnt and cold. And because it was burnt and cold it tasted like nasty cardboard. The lady that I had spoken to who seemed extremely nice and understanding assured me that she was giving me a credit for the amount of money ($25.00) that I wasted on that pizza for that night but all I would have to do is call into the store to place my order. Not even 24 hours later I decided to take them up on their offer. After calling them and giving them both of my phone numbers they were unable to locate the so-called credit that I was supposedly given. I found this to be very upsetting and disheartening. Although the assistant manager is willing to look into it and find out what has transpired I am finding it very difficult to believe that they are going to make anything right because of this previous experience. I had planned on ordering pizza for supper tonight because of that credit and now I’m not going to do business until I know that they are going to honor but the first person had said. I have been going and ordering pizza and other things from this Pizza Hut for the last 3 years at least two times a week I would get pizza from there and now because of how things are going I’m not sure if I will anymore.

I didn’t get the delivery guys name but he drives a cool red jeep, he was the kindest delivery driver ever!! For some reason with him delivering it vs carrying out the pizza tasted 10x better! My favorite Pizza Hut is here!

The food and service is always top notch and Ms. Sherry the shift manager is always smiling and making conversation to lighten anyone’s mood. My compliments to the team as well as they are always respectful and listen to concerns about food and try their best it right. Hats off to this Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut.. But the people at this location are very friendly, and go above and beyond. I always go in there super late night right before they close, when they should hate my guts. But they are welcoming and friendly and generous! One time I got some boneless wings we’re all like half covered in sauce. Now I just asked for a little bit of extra sauce on them and I make sure to shake the container a good few times before I open it.. I’ve never had the problem again. Everything’s always cooked just how I like it. The place is clean. You can’t ask for much more.. but yet they still give it to you! go see these guys and girls(actually i always get cashed out by a girl lol) on East silver springs.. but don’t go right before they close like me

Never again. Thought I’d try pizza hut again after being on strike for 10 years. Nope! Still doughy & nasty. I even asked to make it well done and it was still raw in the middle. That’s it for me.

I was not able to order, it seems there was a problem with the billing I think the employee put my card number in exceeding the amount of times allowed which locked him out, I was watching my bank account online as he was attempting to complete my order the transaction was showing were it was deducted then the next transaction was my funds being credited back, he told me to order it directly from their online app but that became complicated not excepting my email and password I abandoned the attempt to order a pizza from them. My go to for pizza is Blue Highway but they are not available on Thursdays aside from the mistake that occurred during the billing process I would have been satisfied with pizza huts food It would and was my second choice and still would be.
