3 months ago we had a pizza delivery delivered from this store, and the delivery person picked all of the toppings off the pizza and threw them in the corner of the box. Their delivery person was acting odd and wouldn’t even wait for a tip. He couldn’t wait to get away from our front door. I contacted the store immediately to inform them and we had to throw the pizza away. we contacted the pizza place immediately. Explain what happened and let them know how disgusted we were. They offered a replacement pizza and a credit. Thought to ourselves, no way. You have no control over your employees and or delivery drivers. so now, 3 to 4 months later, we call Pizza Hut again. Forgetting what had happened previously. Ordered the pizza and then called back and explained to them our concerns. We did speak with a supervisor/manager. So now we have a piece of delivered called! Charged for a Parmesan cheese, that did not come with! what the hell is going on with Pizza Hut! I will be contacting Pizza Hut corporate office and explaining my issues to them and hopefully they can resolve the issues

I was really looking forward to enjoying a stuffed crust pizza and decided to give this Pizza Hut one more chance to prove themselves. And did they improve themselves in a bad way. First pizza I ordered it was swimming in grease. I called and waited 5 mins before someone finally talked to me. I was told to bring back the pizza and I would be given a new one. I showed the pizza to an employee and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before I received the new pizza. when I received the pizza and brought it to my car I looked at it and assumed it looked good. As I go to grab the sauce the pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through. They literally made little cut marks in the crust and that was it. I had asked for extra sauce on my original order and they definitely added EXTRA SAUCE. It was so much sauce that when I went to grab a slice all the topping fell off. At this point I ate a few slices not even whole slices just ended up eating the crust of what I had eaten and then threw it out. I wasn’t trying to go back up to complain about a pizza for a third time because after that it was well after 7:30 and I didn’t to keep driving back and forth for a pizza that could possibly be wrong again. I called the next day and spoke with the “store manager”. Let’s just say he didn’t care what I had to say and wouldn’t issue me a refund even though I said I threw the pizza out and had clear pictures of what the pizza looked like as proof that they didn’t even cut the pizza. He told me.I wasn’t making sense and if I didn’t have the pizza I cannot be issued a refund. The interaction I had with him was pretty rude. Never thought a store manager would talk to a customer like that expressing that they simply did not want to drive up again to get another pizza remade. I thought I could handle it in the morning because I was exhausted from driving back and forth so much. This is definitely the last time I will order from this Pizza Hut again. I hope for some improvement from this Pizza Hut because some of the staff can be pretty rude including this supposed manager I talked to.

Worst pan pizza we ever had from a pizza hut! Barely any cheese on it, was doughy too! Never will we order from them again. Didn’t even seem like a pan pizza, more like a regular tossed crust. Only positives was delivery was on time, and good fresh mushrooms.

Give you 3 examples of poor serve and product. 4 weeks ago ordered the Big New Yorker and it came with double pepperoni for 13.99 + tax. Last week ordered same product same store and it was 17. 99 plus tax so over 20 dollars. Pizza was over cooked and dry. Tried again tonight and got it there again over 20 bucks but looked at it and it was again overcooked and had cheese only. The girl informed that’s what I ordered. (And yes they charged me 2.50 extra for the cheese. Said pepperoni would be extra and the price would be 22 plus tax. Just asked for refund. So in 4 weeks it went from pepperoni being standard to13.99 to same pizza and having to order pepperoni as extra for over 22 dollar. Just for grins l went on line and ordered from my old home town. Guess what site comes up for New Yorker pizza with 2 types of pepperoni for YEP 13.99. Will never go back. Best thing they can do is shut the place down.

Had it delivered and they didn’t double check everything before leaving, they forgot the bread sticks. The pizza was very greasy and not made correctly. Only things that were good was the brownie and the melt. It was definitely not worth the price and I don’t recommend ordering from here.

Used to love their “original”pasta because was different as well as tasty. Now it looks and tastes just like Dominos pasta. Congrats corporate giants of the once legendary pizza hut..you’ve lost yet another long time loyal customer in order to save a buck

WORST PIZZA IN AMERICA!!! I asked specifically well done (wasn’t done) I asked for light sauce (sauce is pouring from the crust) I PAID FOR EXTRA CHEESE AND ITS BARLEY ANY ON THERE!!! For you own sanity don’t go order from them!!! I’m now at home cooking my pizza correctly in the oven!

Too salty. I think this is the first time I literally feel my pressure rise after a slice. The garbage contained the rest. I felt like I’d be committing a crime if I gave it away to someone else. I don’t think I’ll be ordering pizza from here again.

I would never recommend the 14th Street location in Bradenton. I ordered on line yesterday and right after I hit send to order I realized that I had made a mistake on my order. It took 7 minutes 48 seconds for my call to be answered, and when I made my request to delete the banana peppers and add extra cheese to both of my orders, the person answering the phone tried to tell me that since the banana peppers were on the side that it would not matter. I insisted that I did not want the banana peppers and would like to have extra cheese on both pizzas since it was the same price. Again I was told that it did not matter since the peppers were on the side and after I reiterated what I wanted and loudly said “I do now want the banana peppers” the person I was talking to said “I’ll fix it!” and hung up.
