I ordered the NY pepperoni pizza and asked for half with pineapple. Not only was it on more than just half it seemed like they opened a can of pineapple and dumped it on the pizza. So much pineapple that had to scrape half of it off. Very disappointed this is what customer service has come to. Expensive pizza that we couldn’t even eat half as it was soaked in pineapple juice.

We ordered a 3 top large pizza last night from Pizza Hut on Kings Hwy. I was so happy with how it looked when I opened the box upon arriving at home that I snapped a pic. The pizza was hot, looked good, and tasted great!

Wow. This was the worst experience. The pizza wasn’t very good, either but the delivery took 70 minutes! And when I called I got the distinct impression they COULD NOT CARE LESS. The delivery driver went to the wrong apartment and the wrong apartment building. They also got the order wrong. They gave me two small pizzas instead of the large I ordered. And no pan pizza like I ordered. Just. Wow. Very bad.

My husband and I flip a coin to see who gets to pick the pizza joins. He is not a big fan of Pizza Hut, and I am. This last time may change my mind. For the pizza, sauce wasn’t the normal sauce they have used. I’ll give them another try just in case it was a little hiccup in making or getting the normal sauce.

Worst experience with pizza hut I have ever had. Got regular bread sticks instead of cheese sticks as I ordered. The garlic Parmesan sauce wasn’t all that appetizing on the pizza and had way to much of it on it as well. Requesting a refund as I paid more than I should of for very bad service.

This was the worst pizza Hut I have. Ever been to it was so nasty and super dry I’m very unhappy with this place I’m actually sad I really was looking forward to my pizza and I was so upset it was so dry no sauce and they ran out of sausage apparently so they sprinkled like one or two pieces and filled my pizza with a load of pepperoni and after we got all they way home they sent the message about having no more sausage verry disappointed and it was also dark in the pick up room when you walk in I highly recommend people go somewhere else plz not worth getting your hopes up for good pizza
