I haven’t ordered from a pizza hut in several years. The ONLY reason I ordered from this location because they’ll deliver to my neighborhood. This is the 3rd time now, only because my guys said give em another chance. I should have known when my order went from confirmed to out for delivery in under 12 minutes my pizza was going to be under cooked like the last 2 times. Sure enough, the 1 pizza I ordered is raw underneath. They had one job. COOK THE PIZZA!

I blame ads for me wanting to try the pizza hut melts. I caved in last night and ordered take-out from the lehigh location because they had the melts available. The pizza hut off treeline, which is my closest location, did not have them. At first glimpse, they looked just like the ads, which I was surprised. I got the meat lovers one, and it came with marinara dipping sauce. It was very crispy and good.

The pizza was disgusting undercooked and the cheese was very sour. This location in Lehigh is the worst Pizza Hut ever.

Pizza Hut needs to use the same amount of marinara sauce they used in the early 2000’s. When i ask for extra sauce, it comes with too much everything slides off, when I don’t ask the pizza comes dry, you can barely see the sauce. I wish they would reconsider the amount they use. I love Pizza Hut, but, if it is not enjoyable, then why?

The pizza taste sour. The cinnamon bites taste sour. It’s like they dont keep the stuff cold or it’s expired. It’s just nasty and half the staff is rude. Only good part of this place is the one employee that made that pepperoni pizza, Juan. I can just tell he cares.

Pizza was cold, had to warm up. Not likely to order from there again. Waited for an hour, then called and they said the driver just left the establishment, but was at my door in less than five minutes after I hung up. Now I know it takes more than five minutes to get here from there. That pizza wasn’t even warm. Very dissatisfied with the service.

Took over an hour to get my pizza, it was lukewarm. They need to go back to local delivery drivers again and stop using outside delivery companies. The driver who delivered my pizza had 2 more pizzas in her bag, can only imagine what those will be like when they arrive. It’s back to Papa John’s for me from now on.

NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN! Ordered 30 bucks worth of food. Pizza arrives completely burned and they forgot our soda. So driver says I’ll be right back. Had to wait an hour and 20 minutes for soda and burnt pizza, so all the other food was cold by now of course. Open NEW pizza and burnt again! Called spoke with Makayla the manager at the call center and said they were replacing pizza so I couldn’t get a refund! Horrible customer service, drivers are decent and honest, totally not their fault. And my kid told me last time I ordered when babysitter was here, pizza had came the same way!!!
