I’ve only ever ordered delivery. The pizzas are well made and not smashed ever time I order. Only problem I’ve ever had is the pizzas were not cut all the way through (only happened once) and I had to kind of rip through the seams. Other than that its been good.

I ordered food for my lunch I expected a certain delivery time and then when that time was almost up I received a message that 30 minutes was being added to my delivery time. Very inconvenient. I cancelled and they still let the door dash driver pick the food, as if I was still going to get the order, and deliver it and I told the delivery driver that order was cancelled. I ordered elsewhere that kept true to the delivery time. DO BETTER!!!

Placed my order via the PH app. Got notifications saying it was received and cooking. Then got a notification that the order was cancelled!!! Called the store and was told that they couldn’t find it in the system so they just cancelled it! Had to reorder and somehow ordering directly through the store costs more than going through the app. Now to wait and see if it actually shows up!

1st time I ordered was nice lady, answered immediately was pleasant and took my order a large bread sticks with cheese and added pepperoni. They showed up no cheese. I called let em know hey they showed up no cheese. No problem sent em out again right. All good. 5stars tonight that changed.

I asked and paid for double extra cheese and I got it with hardly what a normal pizza would have. I got the NY that is advertised for $14.95 and mine was 21.17. I had 1 piece and the rest is sitting in the refrigerator and I have been trying to give it away and nobody wants it.
