I just ordered your NY Large Style Pizza, it was horrible. Fist of all it came in the wrong box, problem is you can’t put a round pizza in a rectangle box. Pizza was folded over on its self. Questioned driver he said they ran out of boxes. Ordered extra cheese, all the cheese was in the middle. There was no cheese for 3 inches around the whole out side and the whole pizza was dry. I took pictures but I could not down load them. Ate half of the pie because I was hungry, the rest was fed to the trash. I can see why the store has only a 3.6 rating. They need to get their act together

The worst pizza I have ever had. Crust was as hard as a rock. Pizza tasted or looked like nothing they show on the TV commercials for the big New Yorker w/pepperoni. Will never be back. Yuck!!!

I posted pics of our dinner bix. Pitiful! This place keeps going downhill. The last time we ordered they forgot part of our order and it took 20 mins to deliver when we literally live 5 mins away. Tonight we ordered the dinner box. The pizza filled up only 3/4 of the box! The sauce, cheese and toppings covered maybe 3/4 of the pizza. It also arrived cold. We’ve had the same sweet, elderly man deliver. I know it’s not his fault so maybe pay your employees accordingly and you’ll have better employees.

Went to this location on March 2 at 10:30 pm clearly on the website states that they close at 12 am. We knock on the door the guy completely ignores us, he was cashing out the register. I don’t know if they haven’t update the website or they just decide to close early that day.

OK it’s Pizza Hut and everyone knows what that tastes like. We happen to like it when we crave pizza and want to have it delivered so we can sit and eat in front of the tv. This place always provides prompt service… even during the super bowl. Food always arrives warm. I use the app to order and it goes perfectly smoothly.

After looking at all the reviews run don’t walk . Unless you like your pizza and wings ice cold. I think tipping should be done after you get your and actually taste the food . You won’t get the attention of the manager until the driver comes back with no tip..

My last time I ordered the pizza was a huge disappointment. The crust size was double what it used to be and the toppings were less than desirable. I have eaten at Pizza Huts all along the east coast of the US for well over 30 years and this was the worst pizza ever. And the time before this last one, I ordered for curbside pickup. When I arrived, I checked in and was forgotten about. I sat outside allowing for time to pass as I was patient thinking…well, this is a new type of service and I need to let them get to my order. I finally had to call in and then was put on hold for a long time. I was parked in front watching what the team was doing. I even saw who answered my call. I announced myself and advised I was waiting outside and I see the team member talking to other staff and walk back and forth from one side to another and then back again where they finally retrieved my order that was sitting all the while on the shelf with orders ready to go. I did receive an apology and was on my way. So, since you are wanting my recommendation on how to raise my rating, I strongly suggest more focus on quality customer service with a close eye on keeping the Pizza Hut high quality standards of making good tasting pizza with the correct amount of ingredients. We are out of towners from Ohio and our town hasn’t had a Pizza Hut in years so this was a wonderful treat. Pizza was hot and prepared perfect. The staff was very nice. Will definitely get another before we go home.
