Terrible customer service. I call to order a pizza simply ask what specials do you have and the only response I get is you have to go to the website or they are all on the website. In other words you have no idea what you can order employees simply don’t care. No problem I will just go to another pizza delivery place. She could have simply said a medium for such and such amount and I would have been more than happy with that.

Our house is hard to navigate so I called to make sure the delivery driver didn’t get lost. The young lady on the phone was so polite! She even said Ms. Smith people hardly do that anymore! The delivery driver was just as personable and had a great attitude. The pizza was awesome I would even venture to say better than the last few we had gotten from dominos. This is why I ignore most reviews it’s all experience and mine may differ from everyone else’s, but great work should be noted!

Where do I start? I ordered a pizza, yesterday at 3:30pm online, for a 4pm pick-up at their store. I get there at 4:02pm. NO PIZZA. They “forgot” to make it. They forgot? And what do I get? “Sorry about that”. What is the point of ordering online? I guess it’s the complimentary aggravation. Now I wait 20 minutes. I ordered their $7.99 special: 2 topping large. Add a buck for pan style. Ordered extra sauce, and instead of 2 different toppings, I ordered extra/double pepperoni. There’s NO WAY that was extra/double pepperoni. And if it was, I’d hate to see what regular pepperoni looked like. Look at the pictures attached. You be the judge. And what they lacked in pepperoni, they made up for in extra, extra sauce. There was SO much sauce in areas, we had to eat it with a knife and fork. We couldn’t pick it up with our hands. A real mess.

We had our pizza delivered from the Pizza Hut on Palm Springs and it arrived hot and delicious. The Cinnabons were good but it seems someone forgot the frosting, it was a sad moment as the frosting makes the bon. Overall service and our driver, great

3 strikes! 1st order over 5 months ago, over 2.5 hours for delivery. 2nd order in November, after 2 hours of calls I was told order was being delivered, called back 30 minutes later and was told order just leaving store. Finally asked them to cancel (was told they are using Uber Eats and Grub Hub). I walk out my door and there is the pizza sitting on my front porch, cold. They had no clue it was delivered, according to them it was still there. 3rd order, I ask how long for delivery, they state 30 minutes but this time I am told they are using 3rd party. I say thanks, I’ll just pick it up. Told 15 minutes. Husband arrives 20 minutes later, to be told it’s still in oven. 10 minutes later someone else asks if he has been helped. He tells them and it’s been ready and in warmer for over 30 minutes now. Get it home, it’s luke warm, no crust and soggy.
