We are Pizza Hut regulars. My expectations are set high due to our home Pizza Hut being absolutely amazing. I was impressed by this Pizza Hut! Fast and friendly service, correct order, timely delivery. Will most definitely be ordering again soon. I can not complete this review without giving a shout out to Mac, our delivery driver. He was given complex directions/requests and delivered with no issue. Thank you, Mac!!!

As a now former customer and current door dasher, I was quite surprised by the lack of hospitality, when picking up an order after a long day of dashing, I mentioned that I was there for a door dash but I needed to use the restroom, the employee ( brown haired lady) said, “it’s for customers only.” Vast constrast to other restaurants who’ve even offered me complimentary drinks while waiting for an order. I assume she isn’t allowed to use the restroom on her shift being she’s not a customer either. Where exactly do they get expect dashers to go? In a bush? I’m pretty sure I’m assisting in their profits when picking up orders.

Usually this is my go to Pizza Hut during the day. Never have had any issues at all with day shift. Ordered a pizza at 6, didn’t arrive until about 9. It was supposed to be a medium pan pizza, instead it was a medium square pizza with enough red sauce to fill a water park. Disgusting. Couldn’t even eat it.

The Pizza Hut Location On 98 South In Lakeland Is The Worst One I Have Ever Used … There Is Always Something Wrong With The Orders And The People Who Work There Don’t Care Or Know How To Deal With Customers When There’s A Problem With Their Order!

Don’t even deserve one star. Sent my 14 year old granddaughter in to order a pizza with the money. I was in the car right outside the door. Kids came back out and said they wouldn’t take their order that they needed an adult. I go back in which I didn’t want to was hurting so bad. I said why won’t you take her order.they said company policy that had to be an adult. Well I left there with no pizza and will not go back. Manager was very sarcastic.

Horrible. Just did a mud run so tired nd exhausted and have two lil girls. Their hungry, want to play, and loud. Delivery driver made it a point to point out how i didnt hear him knocking, literally stating it over nd over as were waiting for him ti hand us our pizza. As if it was something done intentionally?! When he finally handed us our food i noticed they gave us the wrong pop and the pizza was sooo dry and barely cut. Had to rip th r pizzas apart. Dont order pizza very often but when i do its usually pizza hut. This was the worst experience i had with them

Ok. So I order at Uber eats and I receive a uncook pizza. I call and ask for a manager and the answer of the manager on Duty “RON” was “I assure you that our pizza is not a uncook” I was like w t… I went to the place to bring the pizza and the manager looking at the uncook pizza tell me that it was “OK” but fine he made another one…guess what happen when I get home??? Was cook but WITHOUT SAUCE!!!!! I always order here but thanks to “RON THE MANAGER ON DUTY” You lost a lot of costumers my friend.
