If I could give zero stars I would. We have to call to place an order because online ordering won’t work for our neighborhood. It took a while for the employee to figure out how to enter our order and I was told 40 minute delivery. After an hour I called to check on the status and there was no order under our phone number according to the call center that isn’t even located in the store. My husband checked out bank account and they credited the order back to our account but never bothered to call or notify us that we weren’t getting our food. I tried calling back to speak to someone in charge and I was on hold forever so I gave up. We ended up ordering from Dominoes. I won’t order from here again.

This is hands down the best Pizza hut you could go to if you’re in the Odessa/Land O Lakes area! The manager Ashley is incredible and deserves a raise. There aren’t many food industry workers like her. She has the best attitude and is always inviting. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well. And my food is always cooked to perfection!

Pleased with the quality. We were a Papa John’s house for years but the quality has gone down recently. We tried PH and were pleasantly surprised. Hot and delicious fast pizza! Amen… Only thing that drives us nuts is the delivery fee of 4.99. We are not a gallon of gas away. We don’t order as frequently from here because of the delivery fee.

Commonly gets orders wrong. And it’s never the same problem it’s always different with regards to the error. Missing toppings. Sending me extremely spicy wings instead of the medium that I ordered. Etc etc. They have to make a lot of effort towards getting the order correct because that is the fundamental.

We were craving for chicken wings and we decided to order Chicken wings online and picked it from the store. We ordered classic chicken wings with garlic parmesan spicy sauce. The order was ready in 15 minutes and we picked up the order. The wings were hot and delicious. We loved the wings.

I have mixed feeling about this Pizza Hut. The young lady at the front counter was outstanding, friendly, funny and good then things go wrong. The food was great, we had pizza and bread sticks. That being said, when we arrived our pizza was missing. When found they said a delivery man had taken it by mistake. We were told he was at the light a block away from the store. 10 to 15 minutes later he showed up. One of our two pizzas was not hot and the bread sticks looked like they had been upside down at some point. They handed them to us and thought we would take them. We said no and they made new ones. The food was great.

Had a decent size order that I placed ahead of time on Super Bowl Sunday. One of, if not their busiest day and I walked in and it was ready within two minutes and so was a couple other people who came in too. Impressed with the efficiency and the staff was friendly.
