Pizza was asked to be made with ex sauce well done , it came exactly the opposite . No sauce no cheese rarely cooked . Pasta was ordered with no chicken ! Ofcourse we got chicken! meal was wasted and I was only offered $15 back from the $30 purchase . When I came back to use the credit employee said credit wasn’t there and general manager isn’t in so we can’t give you anything . I had to argue with her to somehow pull up that magic credit she lost in the system . Very dissatisfied. sad little pizzahut will soon shutdown if business continues that way . Not a single employee seen on site just that one and a manager (not general ).

I ordered a pizza at 8:00 pm. I called the store around 10:00pm asking for a refund. I was told that a DoorDash investigation was taking place. I ordered from the Pizza Hut app not DoorDash. Apparently DoorDash was contacted and they actually gave the pizza to the driver. The receipt was time stamped 8:59 pm. I received the pizza at 11:00 pm. The pizza was hard as a brick, cold, and dry. The pizza was not taped shut. Horrible and disrespectful. The pizza went straight into the garbage can. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Corporate will be made aware of the disaster going on at this establishment.

Literally called twice to place an order, I was hung up on twice. Once more asked for a Manager. Representative placed me on hold and asked who wants so be the Manager. Some then answered and said I’m the Manager was going on. I explained how I simply wanted to place an order and wax hung up on twice. Im a robotic tone she said I’m sorry that happened would you like to place an order. At that point I was no longer interested after received that horrible customer service. Never again !

This is the worst pizza hut ever. You have ghetto rude people working there. I walk in and nobody even acknowledge you. Also they messed up my order and 1 of rhe workers told me ill get a free pizza . Yeah right. When i received my pizza I said where is the 2nd pizza they promised? The rude girl said she doesn’t know why he said that I’m only getting 1 pizza and not the free extra 1 they promised me. Horrible place with horrible customer service.

Old location but they are pretty consistent. My family lives within 5 miles and sometimes I pick up, other times I do delivery and I’ve never had any issue. The inside is pretty small and it can get full, order ahead for sure.
