The service at this location, 3830 sw 8th st, is awful, the woman sitting behind the counter thinks she is the Queen of England, I’m pretty sure she’s cuban, she’s got an attitude and she’s so arrogant, like most of these people, no education, she thinks she’s doing us a favor by giving us our order, she has no respect for the customers, when i went to pick up my order she was eating and on her cellphone, I told her in English and in Spanish but she didn’t understand it all i got was ahh ahh i told her my name and i got ahh ahh again so finally i told her my phone number and she understood yayyy like me !!! she doesn’t care at all for any customer, I don’t understand why they hire these kind of people. Shame on you Pizza Hut. Good luck my friends.

I ordered a supreme pizza that arrived 15 mins late. The pizza was not even fully cooked. The dough was still white and didn’t look like it was in the oven for long. The toppings where just thrown everywhere and the pizza box was half open and falling apart when it arrived. I attempted to contact the restaurant so give my feed back and all the lady could say in broken English was “your pizza will be there in 15 mins” mind you the pizza was already in my hand. I will never order Pizza Hut again. From the quality of the pizza to the customer service I give it a negative -10 if I could.

Pizza is a crowd-pleaser, and for a good reason too. There’s something about the crispy crust, the tomato sauce, and the melted cheese that makes it irresistible. I’ve tried many pizzas in my life, but the best one I’ve ever had is from a little pizzeria called “Pizza di Napoli.”

If I could I would give 0 stars. I usually do carryout because I don’t trust delivery but the one time I do it, it took one hour to deliver a pizza to a house not even 10 minutes away. I had to call to check on the status and customer service was non-existent, offered no apologies for the late delivery and cherry on top was leaving me to talk by myself on the phone when I wasn’t even being rude but trying to understand why the long wait on a non-holiday, non-eventful Saturday night. Only positive interaction of this whole order was the driver was very nice and clearly overworked probably due to the mismanagement of the store employees.

I order a pizza, cheese stick, and a 2 liter Pepsi to be delivered to my house. The delivery driver came and delivered the pizza but forgot the drink. He stated that he would return to bring me the 2 liter Pepsi. The delivery guy never came to drop off the 2 liter Pepsi. The cheese stick weren’t cheese stick they were more like crazy bread. The pizza was cold, and it tasted old. It was terrible and honestly corporate should investigate this store. PLEASE DONT ORDER ANY PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE! This is a joke!

Worst Pizza I have ever attempted to eat. I believe the dough was old (expired yeast). Didn’t rise at all. Dough looked and tasted like cardboard. Just soaked up all the grease. Could not consume. Was so disappointed.

I’ve ordered pizza hut delivery twice in the last 4 years. I have NOT received either order. The 1 yesterday was delivered to a different hotel an hours and a half after their “tracker” showed it on its way. I had the delivery instructions on the order and delivery comments. Unacceptable. Never again
