This Pizza Hut is the worst. It’s nothing but kids who work there. One time I visited the store one of the kids was texting on his phone and didn’t even look up to acknowledge me until he finished up his text I stood there for about 2 minutes.waiting to spend my money.

Ordered 2 pizzas. One was either from the day before, or hours before, and looked old, and was overcooked and dry compared to the fresh pizza. A similar thing happened about 2 years ago from this same pizza hut for a noon / lunchtime order, so I stopped ordering there for years. This was my first time back bc it was the easiest place to place an order from on that busy day. I brought the 2 pizzas home for a small group of friends and I was embarrassed for pizza hut, and for the manager.

Ordered through the app for curbside pickup. Clicked on HERE on app then popup told to call the store. Clicked to call the store, which didn’t work. Went inside to get pizza and found it was not only made wrong but was way overcooked. They remade it but still was way overcooked and didn’t put on the extra pepperoni for the New Yorker. This was the one that was remade. What happened to this franchise?

The food was extremely cold, the bread sticks was hard and had no type of seasoning on it, and the drink was hot. The delivery took extremely long as well and the driver parked in my perfectly new grass instead of the open driveway.

I really don’t know why this location has many bad reviews, for my experiences here have been pleasant. My orders are always delivered on time and everything I have ordered from them is fresh and delicious. My favorite is their freshly baked brownies with Hershey’s chocolate chips. It is so soft and it melts easily in the mouth

I have only had one decent experience with pizza hut when I first ordered here, where my food was made right and was actually tasty. I just wasted money yet again hoping they would actually make the pizza right and again what a waste. Had two full pizzas left over and a XL slice of the cheese left over.

Pizza not on time. Called twice. Then said they would let me speak to a manager? No one came. They told me to just cancel. Not nice

I was told post placing an online order that they can’t deliver due to lack of drivers. No problem, so I offered to come in carry out. Mr. No Name’s response was we can deliver if I pay upfront (I was paying cash). That’s unethical as there is no disclaimer on the website to pay upfront for deliveries. Either way, he lied evidently by the 2 different excuses given. Mr. No Name called back post hanging up abruptly to inform me to place the order again since “she” (whoever “she” is) cancelled the order. Again, another abrupt hang up. I proceed to place another online order this time for carry out However, I cannot redeem my 200 points for a medium pizza as they did not replenish the points post cancellation of my order on their end. Customer service call center has nothing to do with the points and I’m redirected to this franchise location. Just shy of a ten minute wait time for a phone greeting, Mr. No Name answered and I had relief thinking he knows my situation and he will listen. NOT!!! He interjects and says “one sec”. I can hear him starting a new order with another customer then the phone magically is disconnected after a couple minutes. WOW! My fiancé was within the vicinity and saved the day in person. I told him to forget the $65 order and only demand my Rewards pizza or replenish the points they’ve stolen. Babe walked out of there with our rightfully earned free pizza and this location lost a profit today financially and loyalty wise as our family USED TO BE FREQUENT CUSTOMERS. I rather travel a longer distance for carry out to a franchise with good customer service than continue to conveniently receive delivery from this unethical and under deserved excuse for a business. Dreadful experience. Waiting 1 hour in the lobby for my pickup order, only to be told by someone else waiting that my pizza was sitting ready for 30 minutes before they called me. Extremely disorganized, staff seemingly miserable. You could tell that the manager was trying but was getting bombarded by the delivery staff who wanted to “cash out”. On top of that, they blast this high/deep-bass music that you can only hear (the bass) and feel the vibration-like when you’re next to a car with a deep-bass with a burnt out subwoofer. It was pretty surreal how this whole experience was. I’d recommend trying another Pizza Hut.
