Ordered pizza online, pizza was not delivered and was marked for carryout. I called 3 times until I was told they would deliver as I had paid for delivery. Pizzas were not hot, and dried out, and tough to chew. Couldn’t see toppings as they were all dried out. Toppings missing from Pizza. Don’t waste your time. Called to complain and all I got was excuses.

These are the kind of pizzas you get for $45 at this Pizza Hut. This was supposed to be two Stuffed Crust both with Extra Cheese, one with Mushrooms and Black Olive. Some onions were mixed in too and we are allergic. Nothing but excuse and no customer serving. The remakes weren’t much better.

I ordered a family pizza using the pizza hut app. The pepperoni pizza tasted really good. The chicken tenders I could not eat because they put a sauce in there I did not like. I ordered them plain but they put that sauce in top. Also I ordered one the pizza with pepperoni and the other with sausage and pepperoni but they both were pepperoni only. They really need to improve reading the tickets. I can understand a mistake but basically a mistake on each item bothers me.

Ordered on line the big new York saug,with half onion and peppers, picked it up,get home sit down family waiting to eat watch a movie, took 2 slices,started to eat and it’s not even cooked, toppings wrong…. Called to let them know they said bring pizza back any they will replace , so I bring back pizza minus 2 slices we tried to eat and the family said no way take it back…..so I go to pick up new pizza ,the cashier opens box , I showed pizza was raw ,she said I TOLD u to bring the pizza back, I said u mean the 2slices missing ,she look at me annoyed, she said her bosses policy, I felt like they think I was scamming them, I told her to have the boss call me if a problem!

Horrible customer!!! bought pizza that was overdone (burnt) but my daughter ate a slice. I called to tell them, the manager says because my daughter ate a slice they would not replace it. In the pass pizza hut was my go to for pizza, will start buying little Caesars or Dominos.

I ordered a medium sized meat lovers pizza and thought it was great. I noticed they put a lot of meat on my pizza, which I thought was amazing because versus other pizza chains, I thought they were generous. I paid around 18 bucks for the pie and finished it with my dear friend while I was changing out a dead car battery.

Ordered for delivery. Delivery guy called 3 times. Would not listen to directions. Did not understand he was in the wrong place. Would not get past door numbers. Talked to store manager. Very rude. Canceled order. Will never try this establishment again.

Most horrible experience ever seal was broken on our pizza box tried to get it replaced but ISABELLA implied we were lying had the nastiest attitude and kept repeating herself for some reason. They eventually replaced the pizza with a burnt one and kept telling me to make sure I don’t eat any from it and make sure I return the whole pizza. She was extremely rude.
