placed my order as i usually do, get a text order is out for delivery 55 minutes later nothing, i contact the store and the manager advises me that my order had been canceled because i was to far out for delivery that the driver advised them that my address was on the East side yet my address clearly states West, not only that but i have ordered from here a million times. manager advised he canceled my order and returned my money yet not even a phone call. manager says he is sending me my order for free another hour passes and i call and again they tell me i don’t have a valid address that it is incorrect, if i want i can pick it up. needless to say there are many pizza places in Hialeah, they are not worth it

I ordered my pizza at 8.22 pm, and receive an email that it will take 60 or 70 minutes to be delivered. I didnt like it that much, but since I was hungry, I wait. Last time I went to my front door to check for a driver arrival was 11.30 pm, and I never got the pizza or a cancellation note. Your service sucks!!!!!!

Love the taste. Variety of choices building the pie. Employee greeted me quickly and with a warm welcome. Pizza was hot and ready as indicated. I asked for crushed pepper and expected some packets. Instead I got a very cute small shaker, equivalent to about 10 packets. Great invention.

I placed the order at 5:30 with a delayed delivery time for 8:30pm. However, my pizza was being delivered at 6-6:15. When I called the store I was told several times that I was wrong although I had an email confirmation with the time requested. The representative told me she would hold the pizza but it would arrive cold. I found that completely unacceptable. She refused to put her manager on the phone although I could hear them arguing about the pizzas while she had me on hold. At the end of it they did delay the delivery until 8pm but I received 10 old/cold pizzas. I will never order from this location again.

This place doesn’t have the first of a clue of anything I’m an otr truck driver gave them the address of where I’m at not but 1.4 miles aways they told me to call after store because I was to far away and other store said no they deliver there it not even 2 miles away they need to get this store closed or actually train their employees

The best Pizza Hut in all of Hialeah. I feel so bad I filled out the survey and put negative when I was just in a fury of hunger. I’ve even tipped the driver as well. I feel so bad man. I would 100% recommend this Pizza Hut. They are extremely professional at their job.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. I’ve ordered here a total of 3 times each time out of necessity or because it was on the way. Each and every time the pizza has been ridiculously under cooked. So much so that the dough would stick all over my teeth. I made the effort this last time to call after I made my online order and make sure to tell them to make the pizza well done but to no avail. I will never order from here again.
