As far as Puzza Hut’s go, this one is very good…..for a Pizza Hut. When not ordering from local, and in our opinion, better pizza-restaurants, we’ve ordered from this location. We’ve ordered quite a few times over the past few years and the quality is most-often decent….for Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, they sometimes utilize 3rd party delivery companies. We’ve had an experience where the little stickers, placed on the food to “guarantee freshness” when they use these people, had been tampered with. Russian Roulette if delivery, folks. Best of luck

As of August 13th 2023, the staff at this place is absolutely awful. The “manager” doesn’t know what he’s doing and has no experience whatsoever in customer service. The cook looks lost every time I see him, doesn’t know where anything is or how to properly make a pizza even though he’s been there for months now. Ordered from here 3 times and each time I waited at least 30 minutes for 1 pizza after it said my order was ready. Change of staff is necessary in order for this place to actually run like a real business.

Food arrived cold steak melt was more of a cheese melt had 2-3 pieces of steak in it. Ordered cinnamon sticks with hardly any cinnamon on it. My kid personal pan was cold. Only great service was the delivery driver he was nice.

Really convenient to get to.Staff was very pleasant. There are no seats for dining in.But you can eat it at KFC,.Located in the same building. Just steps away thru a hallway that has restrooms that are shared with the two businesses..

When you have to tell the delivery person where to deliver your order when the building letter is in the address…..so the order wasn’t delivered even though it was pre-paid and was on hold for over 15mins.

Horrible Delivery Service from this establishment. We have lived at the same address for over 2 years and they always seem to run late with a follow up phone call trying to verify our address 20 minutes after the pizza has already left the store so we receive 30-40 minute old food that is not hot. We’ve expressed our experience to management several times and they apologize for not having enough drivers or our order had gotten skipped.
