Ordered a deal from the website (not the app). We got to the store at the perfect time so the food was fresh and hot. Cooked perfect with correct ingredients and tasted exactly as expected. Called, and nobody answered the phone, so I ordered 2 Big New Yorker Pizzas online for our superbowl party and then received 2 large CHEESE ONLY pizza’s with NO PEPPERONI. I called to inform them, and they said, “Oh yeah we have been having glitches with their online app orders” and was like oh well ♂️… ♂️ Now watching the Superbowl and the Big New Yorker commercials are coming on every 6 minutes mocking us… never getting Pizza Hut again

I did a mobile order and I called the store for ETA the manager advised me if I don’t want the pizza to send it back. I tried to explain to her I just wanted to know what time I was going to receive the pizza because I scheduled it for a later time. The manager then hung up the phone I waited for my pizza for about an hour and she canceled it without even notify me and when I called her back, she hung up the phone on me again . I order from this location once a week and it very disappointing, I wasn’t expecting that service from a manager.

Ordered the large 5 topping stuffed crust pizza. I requested ham and pineapple on one half,. sausage, pepperoni and green peppers on the other half. NOT ONLY did my pizza not have pineapples, IT DIDN’T have any pizza sauce either Furthermore, my cheese bread was overcooked.

I was doing a delivery for this Pizza Hut up in Titusville it is very clean and they’re always very nice and smiling and usually the orders are there and ready not long after I get there I do not have to wait very long and we have eaten from this location and their pizzas are very good
