Horrible. The sauce was just red i don’t even know if it was tomato. It didn’t taste like anything. They should’ve just seasoned the box and served that but then again that would’ve actually had flavor

I have tried to like the Avalon Park Pizza Hut since it opened. I have finally given up. I have never really had a good pizza from this location. Today, I ordered a medium pizza and a pasta dish to be picked up at 5:30. I arrived early and the food was ready. When I opened the boxes it was clear the food had been sitting in their warming oven for a very long time. Probably since I had ordered it at 2:20. Pizza was tepid at best, and looked like dried-out day-old pizza. Pasta was dried and crunchy. If this had been a one-off I would not comment but it is, sadly, the norm. I had not ordered from this vendor in a long time and was hoping for improvement. I was disappointed.

Ordered a pizza with no tomato sauce (allergies) at 10:04, they said it would arrive within 45 minutes. It actually arrived at midnight (after 4 calls) with sauce on the pizza. One call at 11.30 we were told the pizza would be there in 2 minutes and then it took another 30 minutes to arrive. Never ordering delivery at Pizza Hut again.

I love the cheese steak melt I actually eat it too much. Everyone there has always nice and are very courteous. Never any problems also get a lot of deliveries as well…lol

This is the second time in a row I ordered from this location and the instructions was not followed. I asked for extra sauce and was given minimal sauce. I asked for extra cheese and paid for it and was given minimum cheese. The pizza was poorly cut to the point I had to get a pizza cutter and cut them myself. And you can tell they made a mistake with cutting them because they cut them in small slices on half of the pizza. And the pizza was cold. Maybe they have new staff but the food has been very poor lately.

When we arrived our order was not ready. Within 5 minutes they brought us an order, which was not ours. They rhen tried to relocate our order, ok which they stated the delivery driver must have taken it. They stated they would remake it and it would take less than 10 minutes. After king about 20 minutes they stated “oh the order got put in the back heater” when I checked the order one Pizza was correct the other was missing the toppings and they forgot our wings and we had to ask for them twice. We decided to take what was given and depart. A side note being as we waited for the pizzas in the lobby lude music was playing and some of the workers were taking selfies and videos while our pizzas were just sitting on the table after the oven

They did pretty good with my order but needed more sauce on our pizza. We had it this many times and felt like they were short with the sauce. But besides that they were friendly and gave us our order on a timely manner.
