Not sure what happened this time. Service and pizza has always been great in the past. But this time i was earlier then the 15 minutes promased. The pizza was ready when i walked in the door. He said it just came out of the oven but was dry and only warm like it was under a heat lamp for a while. It qas not fresh.

Wish there was a zero star rating. Was told 30 minutes, two hours later and still no pizza. When I tried to call, no one answered. Still sitting on “hold”. Absolutely ridiculous! This is why I’m loyal to Papa Johns!

I never understood the hate on the hut. Maybe my taste buds need to get checked, but to me Pizza Hut has always been one of the best fast food pizza restaurants to eat from. Their classic pizzas are usually good, but their new Pizza Melts absolutely killed it. Got the chicken bacon ranch parmesan melt and man was that delicious, so glad it came with two so I didn’t have to feel upset after just eating one. And don’t get me started on the personal pan pizzas, those are supernatural. Overall great experience, and I will be eating more Pizza Hut in the future.

Pizza came from door to plate..to microwave to heat up. It looked and tasted like day old pizza. It wasn’t even cut all the way through so it was torn getting it out if the box. Saddest part is I live close enough to walk there. If I knew delivery would have been this awful I would have… worst pizza ever.. heck this pizza emoji looks better. And I think they misunderstood the method of “tossing the wings” and literally tossed them.

My order was wrong and I had to remind them I ordered a soda. I don’t know what was more burnt, the pizza, the cinnamon rolls, or the cashier. Won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

We wanted to try the “New pizza” advertised on tv but kind of disappointed,Even when pizza hut has been one of our occasional choices, at this location it was extra tomato sauce -hence a little sweet- and what makes a good pizza is the cheese which on this one, one you pulled the slice (huge slice) we couldn’t see the cheese hanging as it usual happens. To be true the tv one looks expectacular; we’ll be back but probably not for this pizza

Email expressed wrong order called told right order came through.. fix your web interface. Pizza came right but dough tasted stale and sausage past few orders has been bland.. put supplier on spot its not seasoned professionally. 1 bite best in biz next bite not ordering pizza hut again…

This location on Lee Vista charges your card for your online order and when you call to make sure they have your order they will say no they don’t have any order under your phone number or Last 4 of your card that they charged..and then expects you to reorder and pay again….
