I ordered a big dinner box with wings from this store. The reason why I’m here writing this poor review isn’t because they messed up half the order but because the pizza looked like this after it was delivered. The kid I spoke with said they could give me a store credit or remake the whole order. I chose for them to remake the order and bring it back to me but the kid said he would need the jacked up pizza in return. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this store again.

Came in for online order pickup; it was almost as if they knew we were coming! The order was under a different name but they were already walking out to hand us the pizza once we approached the door. Great service and the pizza was exactly as ordered, with good topping distribution.

I rated this location a 2 because the quality and freshness of the food. My pizza was overcooked is the only way I can describe it. I ordered the ultimate cheesey pizza and had it made into a BBQ chicken pizza. It was not cheesey at all. The crust was hard, it was like a dry dull pizza. I ordered cheese sticks with extra cheese and it was definitely not cooked correctly. Extra cheese was not added to my cheese sticks. The customer service I received was wonderful, it was easy to place my ordered. I received the correct order just the taste was not pleasing. I have ordered this before at another location and it was really good.

Do not even bother ordering from here. I ordered takeout and went to pick up. There was nobody to greet me, waited 20 minutes, nobody ever came to the front. I saw a guy working in the back, he even looked at me and sat back down without walking to the front. Terrible! I ended up going somewhere else for pizza.

I was really disappointed when going to this location. I got there and it wasn’t ready even though it was supposed to be. I was told it would be another 10 minutes so I just sat and waited which was longer than that. I paid for extra cheese and it clearly wasn’t that which at an additional $2.25, that’s what we clearly wanted. The pizza seemed overcooked and dried out. The pizza was warm, not super hot like other pizzas. I don’t understand what I was waiting on when it didn’t even seem like it was fresh. I just wasted my money and will not be back to this location.

Will never order here again. Another comment that was posted here is very true where I ordered on the app, and left my house when it said ready! I got there and I don’t even think they started making it. I don’t care if it takes 30 minutes or whatever, but don’t have the app tell me it’s ready when it’s not. Regardless I had to wait another whole 15 minutes… they didn’t seem to care at all. So this leads us to last night where we could not get the order to work on the app as it wouldn’t change from carryout to delivery without clearing the cart we created. I even selected delivery first and it would change. So my buddy called in and ended up being on hold for 8 minutes before I called in from my phone. They picked right up, but I had asked if they were super busy that night. They chuckled and said no.. they then put me on hold for 3 to 5 minutes before I just hung up! That is when my buddy who was still on hold also then hung up. No customer service anymore… well I am no longer ever ordering from there.

We never order Pizza Hut because we’ve been burned too many times. However I had an email saying I get a free pizza so I said let’s try it. Ordered a thin buffalo chicken pizza no banana peppers add jalapeños extra sauce and ranch. And a medium pepperoni bacon and sausage. When the pizza arrived, the buffalo chicken pizza had so many banana peppers that it was too much to take off no jalapeños and barely any sauce and they gave blue cheese. Oh and the best part, IT WASNT EVEN CUT. Then the other pizza had so much sauce that when you picked up the pizza all the toppings fell off and was barely even cooked. I couldn’t even eat it. I tried to call but when I asked for a manager I got put on hold for 20 min then hung up on.
