A driver from this store thinks that he want to know what kind of chewing gum is have in my mouth right now, according to how close I was tailgated by a driver from this store for 5 miles. Was a pizza more important that public safety? I think not, but apparently he felt differently. His next order was more important than my or my wife’s safety.

Food was hot & delivered in a timely manner. The driver was really positive & upbeat. Great manners. He didn’t have that mopy, “here, just take your pizza so I can go back to my miserable life” look or attitude. We ordered extra pepperoni & each slice only had 2 pieces. Clearly not extra, hence the 3 stars. We ordered the meat lovers & only asked for the sausage & pepperoni. We didnt even use the other 3 meats. So, yeah, feeling ripped off. The driver definitely is the drive behind the stars!

Had no issues. Ordered pizza and wings at the store and got ice cream next door at Jeremiah’s Italian Ice for our son but also so we could use the ice cream stores tables to eat. Small clean store with one bench for waiting. Service was fast and polite.

The food from this store is good when they get it right. So the first time, I ordered a Detroit pizza and got the pizza, but it was missing sauce and a topping. They did call to tell us the didn’t have sauce on top and we shouldn’t have been able to order- we said just use the pizza sauce we don’t care or nothing at all if you’re not allowed to do that, we will take the pizza anyways. Also ordered mild wings and unfortunately got the super spicy ones, even the dog wouldn’t eat them. Gave them a call they apologized said we shouldn’t have been able to orderthe pizza the campaign had ended and that they understood the wings and credited us for the cost of the wings, said to call when we wanted to order again. Months go by, and we decide on pizza. Ordered a big NY pizza not expecting much, was told 15-20 minutes for delivery. Cool. Two hours later, I called to ask if maybe they had delivered it to the wrong place or if the driver was okay because no pizza, no call. W was apologized to profusely and told the order would be sent out asap, and a coupon for a free pizza should be with the receipt for the inconvenience.

If negative stars was an option, I would put that…. The worst customer service I have ever seen!!! Our pizza was uncooked flour was still on the dough, we paid $40 for uncooked pizza, no dipping sauce for desert sticks, no hot sauce on the pizza we ordered it on. Was on hold to try to rectify the problem, they kept transferring us to avoid the problem…. Then the number that we got transferred too said you should hear something in2-3 says. So we’re stuck with uncooked pizza for $40! Very poor expierience

I ordered a pizza at 8:30pm 10/15 and I understand it’s Saturday they are probably busy. But the estimated time was 25-30 minutes. I got it 2 hours later. Now I can forgive that because it came. But it’s COLD. It’s sitting on the counter for 2 hours cold! I tried calling and no answer! Do better!
