Order two pizzas and cinnamon rolls gave a specific time that we wanted it ready arrived had to wait unnecessarily while the drawer was counting down then received our order we live exactly 4 minutes away from there and the food was cold. Just because they placed the order in the warmer, it gives the presentation of being hot. The only thing warm was the boxes. The cheese wasn’t stringy, and it was a cheese pizza. It needed to be placed in the oven and warmed up, the pizza, not the Box. Haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in 5 months, and now I remember why we don’t.

As expected from previous reviews. I paid extra for items (stuffed crust) that were left out. When I messaged the chain and responded to an email asking for reviews I got zero response. It’s not a huge deal, but I’d like to get what I paid for. I will find a local pizza place to patronize instead.

Product accuracy and quality has gone so far downhill here. Been a customer for years and this is the third time in a row my order has either been incorrect or overcooked and will sadly be the last time giving this location a chance. Pizza on the right is missing bacon and has mushrooms added which my daughter who ordered this doesn’t eat, and the pie on the left has no pepperoni as ordered. Receipt confirms that my order (placed online to avoid inaccuracies ) was received by the store correctly and the employees chose to give me what they want instead of what I paid for. Would have rather gotten what I ordered, but thanks, I guess.

30, dollar just for 18 pieces of chicken wings,.. how is posible, are you serius, not even that, they tell me, 1, hour, i wait more then that.. the sad part is i leave 5 minuts away, at the trailer park close to them… are you serius 30 just for 18 pieces of chicken wings…somebody need do some to that store, call the main office or some… 30 bucks for 18 pieces of chicken wings…

Ordered a pizza, wait was over an hour and a half, after the delivery time passed, walked out side, pizza was left.in the driveway, was cold, and full of ants, called to complain an spent another 30 minutes on hold…. Still waiting for a person…. Too bad zero stars is not an option
