Terrible pizza. Your known for doing one thing, and it’s in your name, and you can’t even do that right. Just a sea of cheese with no flavor and an undercooked crust. I get nostalgic over Pizza Hut and give it a shot every few years. I’m always disappointed. Haven’t had a good slice since the mid 2000’s. This is more than the rose colored glasses of nostalgia, see photo attached to review, objectively that’s a bad pie. Even my children hated it, children love pizza.

Kathren is the manager on duty Saturday 3/4/23 order two pizzas and wings at 6:48, received WRONG ORDER at 8pm after a 35-45 minute time. My wife Called for a refund. KATHREN refused unless we she was polite, and got into a yelling match with my wife. I went up there with the wrong cold pizza and was smirked at and said well you ate it, YEA CAUSE WE WAITED AN HOUR AND 15 minutes. Any way was told to leave the store or she would call the cops I told her to call because Pizza Hut stole

Our delivery driver braved a tornado warning to deliver our pizza. We tried to get him to come in out of the storm but he insisted he had deliveries. Now that is an employee to be commented! Pizza hut dont send your drivers out in terrible weather. Your customers, I hope will agree!

It makes me sad reading the reviews they have had recently. It’s a good business, food is almost always hot, 9/10 the orders right (I order so much at least a few orders are bound to get messed up, no biggie). But last night, an employee ring my doorbell once, my dogs did not bark, I did not hear the doorbell and neither did my roommate so I suppose the doorbell is out. The employee did not attempt to knock, after watching the cameras he didn’t even attempt to ring the doorbell again. He rang it once waited a minute and set my food on a rocking chair, plenty out of sight from stepping outside. So, I was under the impression my food had not been delivered, and I call Pizza Hut. He says it showed the order was delivered so I walked around my front porch and found my food on the rocking chair. I personally don’t assume a rocking chair is the best place to set food closed by cardboard boxes, so I find it, marinara sauce is all over the ground, my pizza fell to the ground as well. I take the food inside while I’m on the phone with the employee, at this point it’s been sitting outside for 30 minutes, some of it on the ground. So, after sitting outside for so long now there’s bugs coming out of the box when I’m opening it. The only thing that made it was mozzarella sticks cause it’s in a tightly sealed plastic container. The kid on the phone was nice especially for how annoying I was, he spoke with the manager on duty. The manager informed the employee he could credit me $8.. $8 doesn’t replace food that fell to the ground and one ring of a faulty doorbell as well. I really like this specific Pizza Hut. I’ve had hand written notes saying “enjoy!” followed by great pizza, very helpful employees, pizzas always fresh, but it seems in the past month someone or something is causing the place to go downhill.

If I could give this Pizza Hut a zero star I would. I am BEYOND UPSET. They told us 20 minutes for our order and we didn’t get it until over an hour since we ordered. Our pizza was cold and almost everything was burnt. On top of that, they left stuff out of our order and we spent 70 dollars. Then when we try calling them THEY KEEP HANGING UP ON US. This is ridiculous, and extremely frustrating.

Incredibly rude workers. They burnt my pizza to a crisp and said next time ask for it to be taken out earlier than admit their mistake. I order a pizza with extra sauce & light cheese everywhere and it never comes out black. She acted like I didn’t know how an oven worked. Save your money and go to Little Caesars or Hungry Howies. Much better for the $$ not burnt and not rude. Thankfully got a refund but could have done without the attitude.

I called the #and got the call center not the store then after telling her I wanted the Milton store like I tried to call she sent my call to the pace store so when I got to the Milton store there was no record of my order the Milton store was very helpful Tha call center was not very helpful they didn’t even listen to what I had said. Pizza Hut please just send our calls to the number we call not transfer us to someone who doesn’t care about your customers or our orders…
