I ordered a pizza for delivery that was cold and they did not cut it. When I called the complain three different times I was supposed to be transferred to a manager. Finally, the lady that called herself the manager asked me for my name and number once again gave me a completely different name. Said she would give me a credit but continue to call me by a different name after correcting her multiple times. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with this location. Just look at their reviews. You probably should not use this location

Ordered a pizza on 08/10/2023 and it was the worst. It was dry. It wasn’t enough cheese. It wasn’t hot. I order regularly from the same Pizza Hut. I don’t know if I will in the future. I fed it to my pitt bulls. Very unsatisfied.

The young lady who greeted me was awesome. She was kind and presented herself well. You could tell she loved her job. The food was also very good. I will go back mostly because of the wonderful attitude and atmosphere. Pizza Hut on 9 mile.

I ordered the Big New Yorker, it was dry and looked as if it had been sitting for a while. I also ordered pineapples on half of my super supreme pizza but they were not added. Finally I ordered two bottles of parmesan cheese that was paid for and didn’t receive them either. I’m very disappointed with pizza hut.

Last week I ordered pizza and breadsticks for my kids. I specifically said leave it at the door. My son had to come and get me out of the shower because the driver refused to give him the food and demanded an adult. The breadsticks were hard and old. Went straight in the trash. Today I ordered again and it will be the last time. I ordered the buffalo melts and it clearly states it comes with ranch and buffalo sauce. It came with ONE marinara. The melt itself has no sauce. Chicken and cheese. Once again I instructed them to leave it at the door, they did not.
