Close to where we stayed on vacation so we grabbed 3 pizzas. Paid $60. Pizzas were normal quality for Pizza Hut and made my hungry kids happy. Fast service and friendly person on phone took my order.

Was not satisfied at all with the New York style pizza. We ended up having to add more of our own ingredients! & Pizza was cold. Not a happy camper! & The cashier was acting like she didn’t want to take our order. Not greeted with a hello or smile. I was like Hello how r u today?! Terrible! No kind of customer service at all.

I can admit my own mistake, to begin I made the order online and accidentally selected carry out when it was supposed to be delivery. So after an hour I called and the guy let me know my mistake. I accepted that I had put the order in for carry out and heard the man on the phone tell the people that “the carryout order was supposed to be delivery” and he hung up on me. I wait another hour and still no pizza, so my husband calls back and the girl on the phone said that “after I hung up on them she tried to call me back and we didn’t answer.” Which is a complete lie!! Then informed us that the pizza wasn’t even in the system to be made. Worst experience! Will never order from there again.

This is how I received my pizza. I also asked for no tomatoes. Was only offered 1/2 store credit or a 2 hour wait for the corrected pizza to be delivered. Dominos will have my business for now on!

Ordered a small personal pan pizza for pick up. Storm stared as I left for my 20 minute drive to pick up. Soaked getting to the door. Girl that took my order said “it did not take”. I asked if that meant the order was not started. She did not apologize or offer any additional details. Asked if I wanted to wait while they made.. another 15 minutes. Still no apology, offer to discount, etc. I left highly upset and soaked again to return to car.

Ordered pizza for delivery, notes say bring to garage door which I had open with lights on and did not say to leave at the door. I waited over 30 minutes after I received text that pizza was out for delivery, then tried to call and check on it was on hold for 15 minutes while I kept checking out the garage with no answer. At that point I decided to check out the front door and lo and behold there was my pizza (cold now) sitting on the porch and not at the garage door like I asked. If you allow special delivery instructions your drivers need to read and follow them as well as not just leaving the pizza when I did not request that. I have had good luck with this Pizza Hut in the past but was disappointed tonigh and would really like a follow up as I was just left on permanent hold until I hung when I called. I guess I will go reheat the cold pizza that was delivered without notifying me!
