If I could give a 0 I would. Marylin and the store manager Franklin was extremely rude especially when the order was incorrect. I placed a order online through the website and not doordash. I had breadsticks missing and instead of beef on the pizza it was pork. The manager asked how do I know it’s pork? I’m like because it’s not beef. He said bring the pizza up to the store and he will have a fresh one ready with the missing breadsticks. I said I am 8 months pregnant and it’s late. He said I had to bring the pizza which I literally took a bite out of. I went up there brought the pizza back and Marylyn was so rude. The pizza wasn’t ready nor the breadsticks and i wasn’t about to wait any longer so I asked for a refund. Frank never came to the front to apologize for the missing item or the incorrect pizza. He was rude and heard him in the back say did she bring the pizza. I spent over 43 dollars on my order and received the wrong order plus horrible customer service. They both could have handled the situation better and need to be coached on how to talk to paying customers. Please do not waste your time or money on this location! Your order will be wrong and service is horrible. The pizza didn’t even look good. I attached a photo below and also called corporate to file a complaint. This is not how your treat people who pay you for a service. I ordered online and ordered delivery for a reason! And to have to come up to the location at 1030pm was ridiculous and they didn’t even have the order corrected as stated over the phone. Wasted my time and money.

Ordered through the app. The est. Delivery time came and went. So I called the store. I spoke to Frank and he assured me my pies were on the way. They arrived within 5 min of talking to him, about min past what the stated. So expected cold or just warm pies. Not only were they nice and hot, they were cooked perfectly.

Pizza was horrible! Pizza crust was not done. Appearance of Pizza was unappealing. When I went in to pick up the food, there was a small window to retrieve it. I gave my card to pay and the woman put the food on the table far away from the opening. She gave the card back, didn’t slide the food over and just walked away. I had to bend over to reach in to get it. I know if I called back to complain, I would have gotten nothing but attitude and if they re-did the order who knows what they would have done to it.

I placed an order online, and i even gave the store 10 more mins than what the app said. Arrived at 9:15 and waited for 10 mins for the girl to attend to me because she was on the phone with a friend. She continued with her call while she said that the driver had taken my order out. I waited for them to make me a new order for 50 mins, then she said that they forgot to put my 3 pizza in the oven and i was going to be 20 more mins. I was very upset already, and i told her to cancel the 3rd pizza, and i would just take what it was ready. I arrive home and all my food is cold and it was not even hot so i am assuming they gave me the old pizzas and i was so tired of waiting that i didn’t even pay attention to the temp, i just looked to make sure it was the ingredients. I asked if they were giving me at least a discount, and she refused.

The first time I came, they messed up my order, and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Things happen, so I decided to give them another chance. This time was the same. I ordered online and arrived 10 minutes after the time it said it would be ready. The people in front of me orders were not right so I already knew mine was going to be wrong also. After waiting about 15 minutes I got my order just for the cheese bread to be cold and it was the same cheese bread that were given to the lady in front of me that had already been touched. I didn’t want to wait any longer than I already had been waiting for them to remake them. They were burnt and cold. I didn’t even eat them. Luckily I had other things ordered that I could eat. It’s not pizza hut, but this location. This location is horrible. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Pizza was wrong and whoever the nasty looking lady with glasses was so rude as ever. I first tried to get my order corrected over the phone and I was yelled at and belittled on the phone before she hung up in my face after I asked for corporate’s number several times. I decided to take the pizza back so that I could get their number in person, speak to a general manager and get a refund. I received a call back from the same lady who had hung up in my face, letting me know that her general manager had given her permission to remake my order how I wanted it if I brought the pizza back. I informed her that I was already on my way. Once I arrived, the lady was on the phone complaining to the general manager about another customer who had a complaint with the store as well. Another associate walked up to the window to help me but the lady informed her that she would be helping me instead. As I stood and waited behind the security glass for 7 minutes waiting for her to finish her phone call, I understood at that moment why they needed it, including the security gate outside of the establishment. Once the lady was done with her call I told her that I would like a refund and the number to corporate. She got even more upset saying that she was instructed to remake my pizza but when I refused once again, she decided to call her general manager back and complain about me. I asked for their name and was denied it the same way I was denied corporate’s number. The general manager instructed her to give me a refund and walked her through the process. After she hung up she threw me my receipt and snatched the returned pizza off of the counter and walked away. I will NEVER order from them again and I suggest that they close the location down due to all of the bad reviews and the nasty customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! PIZZA WAS BURNT AND I WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD!! I WAITED 10 minutes FOR SOMEONE TO COME WAIT ON ME. THEN, I WAS CHARGED $1 FOR SOME DARN CRUSHED PEPPERS! I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN HALF OFF SOMETHING OR EVEN FREE!! THE MANGER FRANKLIN TOLD THE ASSOCIATE IF HE HAD TO PAY FOR THE CRUSH PEPPER SO DO I!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!!

The super supreme pizza price was there but the pizza was poorly constructed. Everything from the sauce to the toppings seemed painted on even though I paid for Xtra toppings while omitting the ones offered. I didn’t receive those extras. Bottom line pizza wasn’t good. I won’t go back to that location, or maybe to Pizza Hut ever again. I don’t have money to throw away
