Wrong pizza was delivered. Sausage instead of pepperoni, I informed driver and told him to take it back and I will wait no matter how long. While on the phone with customer service to let them know, driver returned with what I thought was the right pizza. I opened the box to see holes in the pizza. I tried to get the driver only to see he had ran off in his car. The pizza wasnt even cooked, it had holes and was stuck to the box. HORRIBLE!!! I would have waited for the right Pizza no matter how long it took. However, I will never buy from this store again.

I ordered a pizza with barbeque sauce and it wasn’t much barbecue sauce as it would be with regular pizza tomatoe sauce I ordered a pizza then my sister ordered a pizza with regular tomatoe pizza sauce it was more tomatoe sauce then it was barbecue sauce on my pizza maybe I’m tripping or not I compared the two pizzas the pizza was good it just needed more sauce it was no way it was the same amount used as tomatoe pizza sauce

The woman who was working was not very friendly. My pizza had what looked like slime on the crust and box. I later found out that it was garlic butter. The pizza looked very rushed and the bread on one of my pizzas tasted very doughy and undone. I was not satisfied with my purchase at all and I don’t think I will be visiting this Pizza Hut again because if my food was messed up once doesn’t mean that if I give them a second try the same won’t happen.

Went for the big New Yorker. For some reason, they cut it into squares instead of slices. Granted it tasted exactly the same but somehow the squares detracted from my experience. Rest assured the pizza tasted great and I will go back, just hopefully to a different server

I ordered from pizza hut delivery, not through a third party. When I got the notification it stated the order was being picked up by a door dasher and I did not want to use them. When the dasher arrived with extremely loud music and continued to yell and scream on the phone with someone while adjusting his clothes. he then retrieved my pizza from the back of the car, it was in the seat without being in a warm up bag and it was cold and disgusting.
