I did a mobile pickup there and it could’ve been way better.was getting a pie & the young blk Richard was telling me I could not take a. Bag (plastic)he said they don’t give you guys bags for delivery he acted like a bag was diamond studded treated me like a criminal move the bags from counter PHKM. THE customer instruction were please leave food on porch , in a plastic bag keeps bugs & critters from getting into it , will get it in about 30 minutes.

The web site and app glitches. So I tired the web site, and it didnt tell my my order went through. So I ended up ordering 3 times. The employees luckily we great and caught the mistake. But I had ordered a thin crust for my veggie pizza and I was so disappointed when I got home and it was a regular crust. I understand that some times things happen.

Great service. I ordered on the app and got there at the time it said it would be ready but then had to wait 15 or so more minutes. However, I could see that they only had 1 young guy working in the restaurant. He was working the register and prepping and making the food all by himself while another employee was out delivering. He was super nice and apologized to me for the wait and said he was the only one there and that he had been there since early that morning. Hope they get more staffing soon before they run the good employees that they do have off.
