I ordered pan pizza which is $2 extra. Instead I got hand tossed. The pizza was made poorly. Poorly is an understatement. Please see the pictures. The crust isn’t what I ordered or paid for, there’s barely any sauce on it, it wasn’t fresh, and quite frankly this was a waste of my money. I’m not even going to eat it and don’t have the energy to go back and rectify this. When I walked in it was an older male employee or manager yelling at a young lady employee. I have no idea what about. I stood quietly for them to acknowledge me. The poor girl kept apologizing saying, “I’m just the messenger. Sorry. I’m sorry. I’m just the messenger.” When she acknowledged me she spoke. The older man saw me and didn’t even speak. How hard could it be to read the order, make the pizza as requested, and speak when you see customers? Smh. I’m never going back. I moved here last month and already went to this specific Pizza Hut over 5 times. I will never come back!

I’ve always eaten Pizza Hut and had a good experience. Never a problem with the food. Always the best temperature, always the best servings. I placed an order today for three large pizzas and an order of Cinnabon’s. When going to pick it up from the restaurant, I was confronted by two individuals that were rather confused.

Not all Pizza Huts have the lunch buffet, esp on Saturdays. I am not from the area and so was pleasantly surprised by this one. I haen’t been to one for 4 years so it was more expensive than I remembered it but it was worth it. The pizza was good, toppings I liked and regularly being replenished and the salad bar ingredients were basic but fresh. Francisco was very polite and helpful, and was happy to bring out missing soda flavors that were missing.

My boyfriend made a online order for me so I didn’t have to worry about lunch. My pick up time was 12:15, as I walked in I was happily greeted by a gentleman employee who asked my name. He was just boxing my pizza and wings. Nice, fresh and friendly!

My granddaughter and I had lunch together at her school. The personal pan pizzas were exceptional. The doors opened at 10 a.m., pizzas were hot, and the drinks (pepsi) cold. This was at the Abercorn Store.

Rip off 2 pizzas and 18 wings was 84.00 and manager refused to adjust when employee let us know there was a better deal for what we ordered plus if you order wings you have to pay for sauces.

Not participating in current deals being advertised on television. It’s only a $2 difference but it’s also a waste of my time with how long it takes to design a pizza, put it in your cart, go to checkout to see how it’s not the expected price, and then go back out and check the Pizza Hut website to see if it’s not the expected price because of an option I personally selected.

I had stopped eating Pizza Hut for more than 2 years because of the same different reasons previous customers stated in their reviews. However this time I called to make sure pizza would be delivered before I placed my order because there was no delivery driver before. I spoke with Wayne who was very nice & understanding of my situation. He said he was using Door Dash for delivery for now. Long story short my order never arrived even tho it said delivered. After 2hr wait I called back & let Wayne know I had no pizza. He was just as upset as I was because i didnt receive my order & door dash still charged for that order. He called me numerous times to see if i got my order. When I told him no he went & made my order over for me & gave strict instructions for driver to call me directly if there were any problems finding my address. The previous driver didn’t even bother to call me when they couldn’t find me & my phone # was right there on the receipt. Wayne went above & beyond to make sure I got my order after a total of 3 1/2 hrs. I called Wayne when I finally got my pizza order. He really appreciated that. I also know when he had time, he tore door dash a new one for the bs they caused. Because of Wayne I will order from Pizza Hut again.
