I spent over $100 on a Curbside delivery. Instructed to call when we arrive. However, we can’t talk to anyone as they are hanging up the line. My husband goes in to get the food and is told ” I knew you were out there I just didn’t want to get wet.” (It was raining). Employess are sitting down, enjoying their phones. The food is overcooked, had to return for part of our missing order, and my husband went behind the counter to grab red pepper and parmesan as they couldn’t be bothered. Worst service ever.

I really like Pizza Hut’s online ordering. The food quality is consistently very good. Very helpful and friendly staff. After signing up for the “Hut Lovers” club I receive great coupon deals.

I will never invest in another pizza establishment. The management here on New Year’s Day of our Lords year of 2023 has created a devote attachment to this particular establishment. The service was amazing. The product was exquisite. The melts are phenomenal. Pay her more money.

My pizza arrived absolutely smashed.The pizza guy couldn’t find my apartment number so he called me to go outside. I tried calling the pizza guy about it being smashed 30 seconds after he left, but he never picked up. I called the store and was told I was getting it replaced. I waited two hours and no one showed up. I called and no one answered. So I went online and was told I should be getting an email back in 2 days. Nothing. So I called the number provided on the website and was told I was gonna get a reply from store leadership. Nothing.

Love this place been coming here for years it’s 5 miles from me but it’s worth it to me. If you want better Service and good pizza. The other hut that’s 5 minutes away from me it took a hour for a Medium pizza And it was 8 people back there they wasn’t busy Just standing around talking. supervisor doing nothing on the phone and the pizza was cold. Sometimes you just have to go out the way if you want better Service

This place is small & stays busy. The crew has a lot of positive attitude when you come to get your food. I’ve not had a bad experience or bad food from the place. I recommend it for good pizza.

We stopped going here ages ago, until, last night. omg…No wonder…My son really wanted ‘stuffed crust’, the ONLY reason we tried again. Email said the pizza was ready, we show up and waited an additional 25 mins. So they had a bad night, we can accept this, but, they failed to put the CORRECT ingredients on the pizza, wife NOT thrilled to see sausage nuggets vs black olives. How can you screw up PIZZA??? So we tried to call them, LOL and double LOL. 5 tries over the span of an hour, and they picked up 1 time, and IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP on us. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Back to DOMINOS, hurray!!!!
