Today was a bad experience. The cashier and the cook agured me down that my pizza wasn’t burnt. It looked like this because it was cheese only on that side. Then the guy wanted to take a picture of the pizza to send to his manager and see what they would say.

I ordered a pizza online, after about 2 hours it never came so I called. They told me I ordered wrong. Okay, so I reordered on the phone with the maniger. I waited another hour and 20 minutes again and then when I got my pizza, it was burnt up and not hot. Why should I get Service like this ?

This is probably one of the best Pizza Hut stores in Savannah!! The staff here go above and beyond to take care of your order! I order from here frequently and never had any problems! Even the days I screw up my own order but they still fix it for me! I would recommend this Pizza Hut on Ogeechee/ Kroger plaza.

Gave me the wrong pizza. I paid extra for a large pan pepperoni pizza. I received by delivery…a hand tossed medium half pepperoni half cheese pizza. It was delivered so now I’m stuck with it. Horrible.

Great. There was no in store line, took about 20min 2lg and 2 orders of 12 wings. Went to little Ceasars first because of cost and thought would be faster but standing there 10min and realized the 4 in front of me still has not ordered. It was more expensive but got home in a decent hour from not having to wait. Thank you Pizza hut

Waited an hour after i ordered my food for them to tell me that they didn’t have delivery drivers and through out the whole time i was on the phone whoever i was talking to did not care what they were saying over the phone and when the manager asked me if i wanted to cancel my order and wait for doordash to pick it up i told her that was fine, she said okay and hung up and did not say anything else.

Easy on-line ordering that allowed me to schedule a delayed delivery to an ill neighbor at a specified time, pay the tip, and choices for regular diet and vegetarian diet. Friendly manager confirmed over the phone that I submitted the order correctly so I could go on with my day. Favorite thing was the tracking app that notified me when my order was baked and fixing to leave the store, when they were on the way, approx delivery time that changed according to traffic flow, and a map that reflected the exact route of the driver with a symbol for the vehicle. Final alert that the driver had arrived at the delivery site. Impressive…Great experience!

Waited an hour and a half for a cold, burnt pizza. It was a cheese pizza. How do you screw up a cheese pizza? I try to never be overdramatic, but this is unequivocally the worst pizza I’ve ever recieved. The pizza was about as thin as the cardboard box it came in. I usually don’t do google reviews, but I worked 16 hours today and this pizza was going to be my first meal of the day. Very disappointing.

FOR PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A JOB: I recently stopped working at this location. if you’re looking for an “easy” job like being a delivery driver or cook DO NOT APPLY AT THIS LOCATION or at Pizza Hut in general. The pay is barely above minimum wage ($9). It’s hard to even pay rent with that salary. And for the small amount they pay you they make you do literally everything around the store: clean, cook, cut, serve, clean dishes, cashier, answer phones, fold boxes, fill containers, portion food, and do personal errands for the managers at times. They won’t even let you sit down when there’s nothing to do. They took away all the chairs and locked the employees’ break room. No one gets breaks during the day. I used to come home with blisters on my feet from being on them and working constantly for 7+ hours straight. Their reasoning for paying so low is that you get tips. But since the prices are so ridiculously high for the food, the customers don’t want to tip as much anymore. Having to tell customers that two pizzas and 12 wings are over $100 made me cringe every time. The food quality is no where near that good for it to be that expensive. And don’t be fooled by their advertisement saying that they pay $18/hour because that’s only for managers. So if you’re looking for work look somewhere else. This is your warning.
