I order from here at least once a month. The Thin n’ Crispy pizza is the same from my youth and I love it. They have good pastas for a takeout pizza place. They’ve gotten a lot smaller portion-wise but it is what it is. My store on Zebulon Rd rarely gets it wrong.

Pizza was not delivered on time. Order a breadstick and 2L combo, but the carrier forgot the 2L. He said he’d come back to deliver it but never came back. Called the place, and the worker instantly hung up on me before I could ask for a partial refund. Tried calling back, and it went straight to hold. Worst customer service ever.

Service was awesome, but the pizza lacked a lot. The toppings are almost nonexistent and the dough was not cooked. Considering the distance I traveled, and the time spent, it was not worth it. Also, what happened to the free red hot pepper packs? Isn’t that part of the pizza? Again, it was not worth it.

They make whatever pizza they feel like making it doesn’t matter what you order. I made a carryout order for a pizza with bacon, pepperoni, & sausage. I received plain cheese. This has happened twice, go elsewhere. They’re lazy and don’t want to work.

Dropping rating. Used to be an amazing Pizza Hut location. Got the new melts, and it’s basically just crust – very little cheese and meat. Boxes were not taped properly – so what’s the point? And last time I ordered chicken Alfredo and it had no chicken.

Bit of a cluster. I showed my DoorDash pickup order and receipt, still took 10 or 15 minutes for them to figure out I ordered for myself and wasn’t a driver. To be fair they said the Dasher and I had the same name. It was gross that they gave me the wrong pizza, I took it to my car; they had to take back and give to the Dasher. I hadn’t touched it but the sticker on the pizza box was loose and they didn’t even check. Minus 2 stars due to confusion on their end and pizza was cold.

Pizza is good. But Employees are terrible. Waiting on drive through for almost 15 minutes while they are screaming at eachother in the back. Finally one comes up to the window. Hands me my card back(was sitting on the counter the whole time. They took card but never rung up order) then pulls my pizza out of the warmer and says “oh it was ready this whole time”

I put in an online order around 3:30pm to be delivered by 5:30pm. Once 5:30pm rolled around, I tried to give them a call to confirm that my order did in fact make it in and was being cooked. After a transfer and 8 calls later, someone finally answered and let me know that it was going to be late because they were waiting on another order to get done. Sure, no worries. Well, 40 minutes later they arrive. They left off an order of wings and the food was barely warm at all. It wasn’t worth calling about to try and refund the missing wings because it would have taken another 20 minutes to get through their phone lines. Worst experience I’ve had here and I won’t be ordering again.

Very Hood. Pulled up and the bell rung. There was a lady at the window already. She cont to mess with the cash draw. She didn’t open the window and say hood on a sec , hello sir, what is the order number nothing. She just sat there with a customer at the window. That can see here. Very rude won’t be back
