Absolutely terrible service tonight.. .both pizzas were incorrect.. as I was picking up my order a lady in front of me was returning hers. 2nd attempt on my order was delivered and was yet incorrect again… Took back to the store where the 1 employee verified it was incorrect yet again.. .This tie the lady up front refused to prepare another one correctly refund or correct the issue.. all in all out 20 bucks and left with an incorrect order I am unable to eat. Would love for someone in management to see this and reach out to me .

I like this pizza hut. I ordered online. They have friendly customer service depending on who is working and an overall great experience. The person helping me was very nice and he had my pizza ready when I walked in. He has black hair and he has a lot of it, but he wore a hair net which is professional. The only thing I would recommend is making sure the pizza is cut all the way. Sometimes, I have received pizzas that are not cut all the way through. I understand outliers but it has happened more than three times. I would recommend this store to anyone who likes pizza hut.

My husband purchased pizza from this location this evening and it’s truly horrible. The pizza was burnt and after he requested they remake it, they did. The problem is after waiting for the new pizzas about an hour the replacements are burnt also and have very little sauce. My kids won’t even eat it. So, now I have 4 pizzas for the trash and I have to figure out what to do about dinner.

We rarely order pizza from Pizza Hut. We ordered tonight since we were in a bind and called in at 4:38pm. Ordered and was notified my delivery would arrive within 25-30 mins. I got a call at 5:25pm that I needed to go pick up my order or wait till after 6 pm for delivery due to them not having a driver available. I paid for a delivery tip over the phone as I was unable to drive to the store myself. I ended up having my husband swing by after work to go pick up the order and we requested that the tip be removed along with the delivery charge. The employee claimed she could only remove the delivery fee. Will not be ordering from here again. Dominos is superior.

The food and service were great! I give them four stars only because you have to pay for dipping sauce. I would understand if they provided sauce based on quantity ordered and then charged extra when the customer asks, but to not provide ANY with wings orders is an unfair business practice. Two thumbs down for that…
