Waited half an hour for 2 personal pan pizzas that were done in 15 minutes while I was in the restaurant & they didn’t even tell me that they were done. Finally they asked if I had been waited on. Yes, I said I’m waiting for the pizzas I ordered. Their response…Oh, they’ve been in the warmer for 15 minutes. WOW. I couldn’t believe they never said anything. I was in there the whole time! To beat it all, one pizza was completely wrong & I had to wait another 15 min for it to be made over while the first one got cold. Worst service I’ve ever encountered.

The worst customer service. When I arrived my curbside order was ready according to the app. I text the number to let them know I was there. After 10 minutes nothing. I called the store and immediately placed on hold for 5 minutes. I called back and the person that answered was extremely rude asking phone my phone number. Once they confirmed my order and the car I was in, they told me they would be out shortly. I have watched at least 5 people walk-in and place orders and leave with their pizza. I’ve been here for over 30 minutes waiting. Go to Dominos instead!!!

Delivery drivers are rude and completely unprofessional. I order from them almost weekly and tonight just totally took the cake. The driver told me next time I should tip more next time because I called to add marinara sauce to my order for my five year old. Definitely will never order from them again. Tonight was not our first bad experience with crazy drivers from this store but will be the last!
