I went to pizza hut on highway 29 suite 215 Athens ga, today. I order online. I ordered 2 pizzas,a meat lovers and a Supreme with extra cheese. I go in to get the pizza and I am usually show the pizza but I didn’t think anything. I get to the car and I open up the boxes. Omg, the pizza looked and was hard. The pepperoni was like a cracker. It was crispy and crumbled when I picked it up. The Italian sausage was hard and dry. So I only take the meat lovers back thinking the Supreme was ok. I was wrong. They re-did the meat lovers but it still was bad. I get home and was fixing to try the Supreme pizza and the toppings start falling off. So I rake back other toppings and I see a whole cheese pizza underneath!! I now know why the pizza looked they way because they put toppings on top and cooked it again. I guess someone else wasn’t satisfied either,so they passed it off to me!! I am very upset. I am wondering now if the pizza was touch… customer service is out the window now. Prices are high on everything and I don’t think no one is playing about their money. I got a email from corporate,that I would get a call from this pizza hut on 29. No call and it has been a month or more. I even reached out to corporate and no reply. It’s sad.

Went on line to order a pizza and web site showed out of stock..We called to order and they took out oder and put use on hold for 10 minutes, we hung up and called again. Got different person and he started taking order and ask us to hold on, 10 minutes later we hung up and then went out to eat..This type of service is unacceptable ..They keep this up and we might see a empty building.

I ordered a $17 pepperoni pizza thin crust online today, and usually the pizza is hot and all that. Today I’m so disappointed, the pizza is cold and hard as if it had been sitting for quite a while! I called back to speak to the manager and every time I was told to hold on After I explained my issue and was put on hold and every time someone come back on the phone I was put on hold again. Very Unprofessional and childish!!

I hate to write negative reviews, but this customer service was the worst I’ve had. We ordered a pizza last night. I tried to call on the phone but was put on hold for 12 minutes so I decided to go online and order my pizza. An hour and 40 minutes later my pizza arrived and some of my dipping sauces were missing when I tried to call Pizza Hutt back to find out where my order was since I had been so long I put me on hold again for another 14minutes.. until I just hung up. I will definitely not be getting pizza here again.

Food was decent. My problem is I got delivery to my apartment. They didn’t even knock just sat the food by the door and sent me a text but I didn’t get it till 5 mins later or so thankfully my food wasn’t stolen

This is one of those, ‘wish i could rate it 0 stars.’ Purchased a Big Dinner Box; they gave us bone in wings instead of bone-out, didn’t include marinara sauce with the breadsticks, and the pizzas were absolute travesties, barely fit to feed to swine. I’ll attach a pic, but they were basically slabs of burnt bread with a splash of sauce and cheese in the middle – oh, and maybe just some of the requested topping, as an afterthought. They also forgot to season the crust, which would have at least made the majority portion of the ‘pizza’ palatable. Hope new owners or management take over this location; I will happily spend my money on a Totino’s Party Pizza instead.
