Worst customer service I have ever experienced with an online order service. I have been ordering pizzas from the Jefferson Ga location for going on 15 years and this will be the last time. I know they won’t miss my business but if they can treat a 15 year customer the way I was just treated you can imagine how a new customer will be treated. Goodbye Jefferson Pizza Hut. You will not get any of mine or my family’s business ever again.

Ordered through the app and got all of my food delivered except my wings. I called the store, and kindly explained that I was missing something. The person who answered the phone gave me an attitude about the situation. She said she would just credit it to my account instead of offering it to bring it maybe? She then hung up on me. Not the service I was expecting but okay. Wont be going to this Pizza Hut anymore.

Lately the pizza have not been the best they are slacking on the toppings and sauce. I ordered extra toppings only to get the bare minimum. Yesterday it took 45mins for a medium pizza that’s bad when it normally takes 15mins for 2 large and 2 mediums. Please get it together

New Yorker pizza was excellent! Very similar to pizzas I had as a kid. I look forward to the next. The only problem we experienced was a rude employee at the actual store in Jefferson georgia. The lady that handed my son the order exhibited an outward attitude, making my son uncomfortable just for picking up our order.

I have always loved Pizza Hut but your thin crust is always just right. The breadsticks are tremendous and I could drink the dipping sauce. 🙂

Ordered $80 worth of food last night the pizza was raw and doughy so couldn’t eat it and the breadsticks were burned. Absolutely disgusted especially because usually this place is pretty good. Not happy

The pizza was absolutely delicious. I wish I knew the young man’s name who was at the cash register. He was very kind and helpful. He came from around the desk held the door open for me and helped me carry my order to my car. To help the manager identify him it was the young man working at the register Sunday August 21st around 8:00 p.m.
