NEVER COMING BACK. I did curbside pick up since I had my 2 young kids with me. The parking lot was empty and my order was never brought to the car. I then proceeded to call the STORE (per the number on the app and online) only for the rep to tell me “let me transfer you to the store”. I held and no one answered the phone. I decided to just go inside to get my order only to walk into a completely EMPTY restaurant (at 1pm). I only saw one worked in the kitchen who I made eye contact with. She nodded at me and proceeded to package marina sauces then disappeared from sight never offering help or anything. When I saw her again I finally told her I needed to pick up my order I had been waiting for. I even saw my order in clear sight in the warmer and pointed at it. She clearly didn’t speak English and pointed me towards the bathrooms multiple times. She finally went over there herself and knocked on the women’s bathroom door.Come to find out the other employee was in the bathroom and came out laughing and was on her phone to help me. She didn’t even apologize for my wait or ask how she could help me. Who even knows if she washed her hands before exiting the bathroom(highly unlikely at this point)…and she didn’t touch gloves or anything before getting my order. I did ask where the number for the store went to since I had called and got transferred and no one answered – it goes to a call center. Of course when I call the store after leaving to file my complaint (per the instructions when you call HQ) someone answers and puts me on hold….yet they can’t answer when I’m trying to pick up my order. I honestly just hung up to call headquarters back and speak to someone NOT at the restaurant. HQ was closed when I called so I will be trying again later. I’ve ate at this location my entire life but I will truly never return after this horrible experience.

Pizza was yellow. The dough had just started to cook. Had to finish baking it myself. They charge you for Parmesan and pepper packs. On there way out of business. It’s obvious!

If I was able to give zero stars I would have. Stopped in on a Saturday evening. There were two cars in the back parking area. We went in and the place was empty except for the workers and I use the term extremely loosely. As we walked in I noticed a minor child coming out of the kitchen area. We sat at a table for five minutes and was never given a menu or asked for drink orders. There were 5 people who came to the front where the register was. One of the employees walked out and came back with a bag of ice. Must have gotten it from Stevi B’s across the street. More on them in their review. While we were getting up a customer walked in and picked up their order. Never once was our presence acknowledged. We will never return to this place or Gainesville again.

I would actually give zero stars if the was an option. We were told our order would be delivered in 25 minutes. It’s almost been 2 hours! You can’t call the actual restaurant. They use a call center and when we finally got to speak with someone, they put us on hold and never came back! My husband just left to drive over there because we paid online. After reading the other reviews, It doesn’t sound like he will be getting much help.

My Moms new favorite pizza has been here lately. The Big New Yorker she absolutely loves the old pepperoni and the sweeter pizza sauce. My favorite is still the large ,thin crust , Pepperoni for $9.99. Affordable and absolutely tastes great . Just wish they would bring back the Garlicbuttery Blend for the cust they took away a couple years ago now

No dine in but has dine in seating space? This place must only stay in business because of brand loyalty and ease of online ordering. Don’t choose curbside pickup. On the plus side, if you want a job where you just stand around and chat, this is the place for you.

I placed an online order lastnight round 9:45. I received my usual text and email confirming my order. I requested to track my order per usual. My last alert was my order was being prepared. My order was never delivered nor did I receive any further communication about my order. I called lastnight put on hold and hung up on. I called 4x today to speak with a manager and I was placed on hold multiple times and forgot about. I am a regular customer and this is unacceptable. Maybe I’ll get a response to this review since simply trying to contact this place hasn’t worked.

Just moved to Gainesville…. will never order pizza from this store ever again. It was delivered in such a bad state (see picture below). When we called and asked to speak to a manager, we were told refund was not an option, only a replacement pizza and a credit for another pizza. I guess when I said I would never order from them again I was somehow unclear. As for refund, only option was to come in and meet with the GM, David, who had the authority to issue the refund. Cannot wait for that meeting!!
