I got stuffed crust which I love. However, I wish it came in a medium size crust. I can remember in the 80’s we got pizza with extra cheese and it came with amazing cheese. Lovely cheese pull when serving and taking a bite. You can’t get pizza like that anymore.

Pizza But seems to be getting better in my area, but there has been many mistakes in ordering. The PH app is an issue and freezes. I know there are issues with hiring people, but they do need to get delivery back up and running. I will say that in the last 3 visits that my food has been correct and was good. I give 3 stars, but I also see them working hard to fix the issues. I’ll continue to give my support at this time.

Service was lousy. Cashier was silent, rude, and gave impression that she didn’t care anything about our business. Pizzas, bread sticks, cinnamon rolls were definitely not hot, you might say almost lukewarm at best. And giving this establishment one star is being very generous.

Ordered online to be picked up at 12 noon. Got there 15 minutes early and waited in the car outside the door. At 12 noon they never opened/unlocked the door and at 1215 still not open. The employees watched me outside the entrance and ignored me. Finally another customer beat on the door and they opened the door. Around 1220.

There was some confusion about the curbside pick up. The workers just sort of stared at us in our vehicle. Finally my aunt went inside to inquire about our order. They staff seemed clueless about our order. The whole experience was quit a mess.

Used to be great but now not so much. Delivery is hit or miss, nobody up there seems to know what’s going on and the communication sucks. They will however try to fix their mistakes so I can give them that much credit.

Poor customer service! I had to wait 30 mins in store after placing an online order 20 mins prior! There were trainees handling the orders but nobody training them my pizza was made and cut terribly!
